Pros

Emlen not only helps us streamline our sales collateral, but they also help us distribute it in a clear way that "wow" our buyers. In a competitive landscape, the provider that provides the best buyer experience wins.

Cons

About a year ago, in the beginning, there were a few bugs that we ran into, but it was quickly mitigated by the team.

Pros

easy content upload, content in hubs packagen für verschiedene Kundengruppen, und sensationell das activity tracking auf dem content, content Analyse, was mein Prospekt konsumiert und was nicht.

Cons

Bedienung war nicht in Minute 1 intuitiv, dann aber in Minute 2 :-)

We use Emlen for the preparation and follow-up of our events. In addition, it is a software support for our sales colleagues from Hunting. The speed of development is excellent. It is a clear buy recommendation.

Pros

Emlen's software is easy to use. You can get started with the software in 30 minutes. The support is amazing. The further development of the software is a given. Therefore, a clear buy recommendation.

Cons

Integration with Outlook and M365 would be a great development. If the software is not integrated into the CRM, a better overview of the people created would be helpful.

emlen ist ein junges Unternehmen, welches immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Kunden hat. Bei eventuellen Fragen kommt innerhalb weniger Augenblicke eine Antwort zurück und es wird einem sofort geholfen. Ich kann emlen anderen Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Pros

Durch emlen können wir das Nutzverhalten unser potenziellen Kunden tracken und bekommen auch spannende Marketing Insights hinsichtlich unseres Werbematerials. Somit können wir uns stetig optimieren und können auch im Sales Prozess gezielter auf den Kunden zugehen.

Cons

emlen ist ein junges, dynamisches Unternehmen, welches noch viel Potenzial an Features hat und diese einrichten sollte. Besonders die Individualität zwischen den Accounts sollte stärker aufgebaut werden, damit jeder Nutzer nur "seinen Bereich" sieht und nicht die Aktivitäten der anderen Kollegen.
