Have team member Be able to simultaneously work on the calendar and make changes has been wonderful, we don't have wait for someone to finish or worry about overriding someone else work. Being able to take attendance for programs at the program on the iPad instead of writing everything down and inputting after has been a time saver and helps us stay updated on our actual attendance.

Pros

The interface for the calendar is user friendly and similar to other calendar set ups on the market which made the orientation to the Welbi system fairly easy. Being able to see our insights in real time, to customize the view in our working calendar from the options in the side bar, as well as colour coding our programs so we can see who is facilitating which programs, what will show up on our specified calendars, and the dimensions of wellness help us make sure we aren't overlooking or missing anything.

Cons

This might be a reach but it would be really handy to have an error code pop up when we have double scheduled a space so we don't have to wait until we see the printed calendar to catch it. Other than that Welbi works really well and I wish they had a program we could formulate our newsletter in as well so we could do everything in one program.

Pros

Welbi is a fantastic digital solution that enables our team to efficiently complete various resident assessments, create well-rounded calendars, track attendance and engagement as well as perform program analytics and evaluation. This solution is a great time saver, it provides accurate data and we love the recommendation engine capabilities.

Cons

Welbi is very open to feedback and offers great customer support. In response to user challenges, the Welbi team is solution-driven and thrives in finding accommodations or new functions that fit our needs.

I absolutely love Welbi and find it is so easy to use! I would definately recommend

Pros

What I like most about this software is the ease of use, very easy to show employees how to use it very limited instruction needed. I also find that it is easy to filter and place residents into groups and can see the connection at a glance.

Cons

One feature i wish was added was the spousal veteran connection. You can filter out veterans but it doesnt add the spouses to this list. I think it would be a great feature as the veteran population is slowly diminishing. I also am hoping that the tv casting/in house tv channel option is in the near future.

Welbi has made my job way easier in the way I do assessments and run programming. Additionally, its wonderful to be able to show families in a graph representation what their loves ones are participating in.

Pros

Welbi's ease of use is amazing. It's so great being able to find things easily, and the fact that it offers so much information is such a huge help in ensuring our residents are getting the most our of programming.

Cons

The only suggestion I can make is that it would be nice to edit programs when you go to "print calendar", if that makes sense. When you click print, and then edit, you can only edit the calendar, but not the programs themselves. Having the ability to edit the programs as well as the calendar, instead of having to go back and forth, would be awesome. But this is very minor.

Pros

I can not speak to the cost or cost value as Welbi was introduced to our entire company, countrywide and am not aware of that aspect. I can however say that using this platform is very user friendly and intuitive. I love that everything is on one platform and that I can truly dig deep into the insights to look for trends. Highly recommend the software for Recreation departments in seniors care or supportive housing.

Cons

The team listens to feedback and implements changes so really can not say there is anything I like least.

Welbi saves myself and the teams time with calendar planning/care reviews and attendance tracking. It give an accurate snapshot of the residents engagement daily/weekly and monthly with a touch of a finger.

Pros

Welbi is user friendly software. Myself and my team all use it with ease. The initial training and ongoing training is the best that I've ever seen in a rollout before.

Cons

Of course there were bumps at the initial rollout stage but the concerns or any changes have been dealt with ease and effectiveness. The team at Welbi have found answers to our concerns and made it a better system for our company.

It makes my daily reporting and paperwork easier allowing me to spend more time with my residents.

Pros

I like how easy it is to log attendance and complete the assessments. The calendar function is great and adding reoccurring programs is helpful.

Cons

Wish there was more customization of design/layout of calendars. Wish you could create posters. Wish for attendance it would put the people who normally attend the program at the top of the list so it is quicker to log.

Welbi has helped to keep me organized and I LOVE that everything is found in one software program that is needed to keep track of resident data etc. Overall, I highly recommend this program to Recreation teams and have had a good experience so far.

Pros

The use of Welbi has helped me immensely when planning out my monthly calendars and keeping track of attendance. Being able to automatically repopulate programs throughout the whole month/year is an amazing feature that has saved me a great deal of time and headache! Having all of the data in one software program and being able to view it all is wonderful.

Cons

The program can seem overwhelming at times, with so many features. There is a lot to learn about Welbi and it requires on-going training, but the support team has always been very helpful.

Overall it has been great. It has significantly decreased my paperwork time so I can spend more time in programs with my residents! I believe ALL Revera's and all retirement/LTC communities should use Welbi!

Pros

I find the program is clear and straight forward. I had minimal training in Welbi and was able to configure it with ease, by myself. The customer support is wonderful, they answer quickly.

Cons

At times, the software fails to save data. This has only happened a few times.

What I like most is that residents birthdays anniversarys pop up , as well as assesments that are upcoming so I never get to behind on them

Cons

the only thing is sometimes it glitches and lately for some reason i have past resdients who do not live here anyhmore are up on my roster for attendence which is werid
