I rank Qualis #1 or #2 of all the experiences I’ve had. There is not a more collaborative organization that appears to care about our mission as much as we do. Pros Qualis has high-level customer service, competitive pricing, ultimate flexibility of having multiple sources/vendors of DME without having to negotiate or track each vendors inventory, invoicing, quality, etc. have lead to better client outcomes and relationships with community partners (like Skilled Living Facilities) who may have restrictions on which equipment companies they use. Cons We have Qualis integrated to our EMR (Suncoast Solutions) and unfortunately that integration is pretty basics (like patient demographics only). It would be so much more helpful if that could be expanded to include the details of the equipment the patient has but that is a limitation that Suncoast has put in place (not Qualis). February 24, 2025 5.0 Over the years, Qualis has proven to be a fantastic partner in caring for our patients. Pros Qualis provides excellent, innovative customer service. Qualis has always been able to provide solid solutions to every ask we have made of their online ordering solution. Their staff is so helpful! Cons It took some getting used to when Qualis discontinued a couple of their previous usage reports, but they were replaced with new reports that are just as useful. Review Source JD Jenna D. See them at SONO Pros The billing. Saves me many headaches. Before Qualis, we had different DME companies mess up billing and when they sent a huge invoce, they stopped supplying equipment until we paid. Never had that issue with Qualis Cons I would like them to come in person an try to acquire more DME companies to serve. Especially in our rural areas. Review Source SW Stephanie W. It made our DME ordering and tracking a breeze. The online platform is easy to access while navigating the website was very simple. Definitely a great DME management company. Would recommend to any agency that requires multiple contracts to service the agency's needs. Pros Qualis makes working with multiple DME vendors easy. Qualis is very prompt with resolutions if any issues arise with a vendor and/or equipment. Cons At first, I disliked the layout of the Qualis site. However, over time I have grown to like it.
