Pros

TrustRadius is a very user-friendly application. TrustRadius clears all the doubts and queries related to softwares. This helps users to purchase good softwares. TrustRadius helps in improving our knowledge of software products. So, I make the most use of this TrustRadius application when I want to buy any kind of software's.

Cons

The main disadvantage is many users will write fake reviews which affects and confuses users in buying the best software's. Sometimes, Customer Service is late. Other than these, this application is the best one.

Trust radius is the best platform that makes my decisions easier to purchase a software with the reviews and ratings in it. It is very user friendly platform. Software products which are provided by trust radius are very genuine. New users also buy products by seeing the reviews of the products. It also improves our knowledge in software products and the best part which i noticed in trust radius is giving rewards to the user. The app interface is good.

Cons

Sometimes the user got confused with the number of reviews in trust radius. In somecases the customer service response os delayed and it takes some time to publish a review in trust radius. Better to verify the fake profiles in it.

In addition to that, it offers other services, such as product comparison. To enjoy better follow-up and advice, you just have to sign up on the site. TrustRadious is amazing because it was so helpful to grow up my business. There is one big reason why I like this platform a lot. For example, to grow up a new business it is very important to know what other people think about my software or product. Very difficult to find out the users who have used my software. But TrustRadious make this process super easy. They find out the right person who has used the product and ask for an honest review. As a software business owner, I can't remove any negative or positive reviews, there is no control in my hand. This thing makes TrustRadious more amazing!

Cons

I saw on the other products, some people leave fake reviews but in a professional way and TrustRadious approve it. They can't find out a real or fake review sometimes, this is the only thing I don't like about TrustRadious.

Firstly this is an amazing platform with good tool and best features. The interface of this platform is so good and well organised. This software shows the most accurate results and reviews seems good and professional. This platform immediately rejects the fake reviews and bans those accounts from writing the reviews. The price structure is good and inexpensive. The customer service is good and available all the time.

Cons

Everything is well and good but the only thing I didn't like much is the mobile interface of this platform.

Pros

I have used TrustRadius in several ways - the first being the I regularly use it when looking for new software - the rich set of reviews can really help with making decisions. TrustRadius is one of the reasons my company is with Linode and we have never looked back since moving to it. I have also been active reviewing software for TrustRadius, when invited, and have found that experience to be very rewarding. Of all the sites I write content for, TrustRadius and Capterra are certainly the best.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is there are a few ways to sign up and it can get confusing, I would suggest just signing up with LinkedIn and sticking to that. Also sometimes you get invited to review software that you already have reviewed - though this hasn't happened for a while so it might be resolved.

Trustradius request me to write an incentive review and after that, they publish my review without giving rewards. And then I talk to their customer care for marking my review as organic but they don't do this. They show my review as an incentive but I don't get anything from them.

Pros

Another SaaS review platform. I read reviews frequently and also write reviews of products that I use.

Cons

The interface is a little bit different from other review websites, They ask us to write tons of content which makes the software review section polluted with the same content in different ways.
