La etención es muy mala, demorada y no le dan prioridad a las instituciones microfinancieras.

Pros

Es un core que lleva muchos años en el mercado y bien posicionado entre la industria financiera tradicional.

Cons

Es un producto enlatado. Las personalizaciones son exesivamente costosas y demoradas. No facilita la transformación digital de una Microfinanciera.

Muy mala, cuando llegue a la organización ya lo habían elegido. Yo hubiera optado por otras opciones y al usarlo compruebo que no hay d una buena plataforma.

Pros

No tengo un punto a favor porque en todo hemos encontrado fallas, el soporte para corregir es muy lento. Tardan mucho en asignar recursos con el conocimiento que permita corregir o trabajar lo que se necesita.

Cons

El servicio es muy malo, no hay recursos suficientes para dar el soporte, la plataforma lleva más de un año de esfuerzo en customizarse y corregir problemas.

Luego de 15 años de estar trabajando en el Core Cobis puedo decir que lo recomiendo como el mejor Software de Core Bancario, por la madurez de su plataforma, por la empresa CobisCorp que aparte de ser una empresa con trayectoria y amplia estabilidad , posee especialistas propios que conocen integramente el producto y saben brindar todo tipo de soluciones, haciéndolo evolucionar adecuadamente a las necesidades del mercado y siguiendo los últimos avances tecnológicos.

Pros

El producto cuenta todas las funcionalidades necesarias para soportar todo tipo de operatorias de una institución bancaria, es muy parametrizable, sigue estandares que permiten hacer un adecuado mantenimiento del mismo con facilidad, y por su grado de madurez el producto cumple con los más exigentes requisitos normativos y se adecua a todas las necesidades transaccionales sin importar el tamaño del negocio.

Cons

De las versiones originales , la capa de presentación cliente no es atractiva, entiendo que las nuevas versiones web del producto esto ha mejorado.

Debe mejorar la atención al cliente, con mejores tiempos de respuesta. Debería tener la posibilidad de migración a nuevas versiones en nube pública auto-gestionable con precios competitivos.

Pros

Producto con funcionalidad amplia que cubre las necesidades del negocio.

Cons

Capacidad de integración con tiempos altos (meses). Desarrollo de requerimientos de igual manera con tiempos altos para asignación de recursos.
