Overpriced but did help during Covid. After Covid we had numerous horrible experiences culminating in Instacart voiding our history to prevent us from exposing what their shoppers did to us against their policy and Instacart failure to address shopper deception expressed above.

Pros

During Covid it had better service. After Covid shoppers smashed product, locked items, ate product, bought more than I ordered, delivered mushy unfrozen item that had to be returned and Instacart stopped making these deceptions right.

Cons

call centers that began giving us the runaround after shoppers failed to buy as ordered. Our account history was deleted by Instacart. They claimed they removed all of our cards. Then they renewed for two years in a row on a card I did not use for renewal affter they claimed all of our cards and history was voided. Apple/Goldman Saks gave Instacart my updated card number assisting Instacart in renewing an account without my knowledge or consent.

It was absolutely horrible they took money and then said it would be refunded in 7-10 business days for a delivery that never happened

Pros

Absolutely horrific company. Took money for an order that was never delivered and the on top of that told me O had to wait seven to ten business days for a redund

Cons

This was the worst experience out of several that have had with them. Enough is enough the took money and the said I had to wait a week for it to be refunded

Had many instances of items being wrong, and late. This was the last straw. Will never use them again! Zero support when things don’t go as planned and they charge you fees when they make mistakes and refuse outright to do a simple thing in order to make it right! I hope they’re happy with their last $15.00 plus tax from my account. They have now lost my business forever and everyone I know will know about this unethical practice of theirs as well.

Pros

Having the option to order groceries online is great when they actually do what they say they will. \*\*\*

Cons

Customer service was terrible! I had to cancel an order because it was going to be delivered an hour late, and they charged me a cancellation fee of 15.00 plus tax. They could not meet their service promise and proceeded to charge me a ridiculous fee for a problem they caused! Deleted my account and will never use this service again! Terrible customer service to burden your customers with fees when you can’t meet your own service promises. Unethical cancellation policy!!!

Correcte, j'ai eu un peu de difficultés au début pour le fonctionnement mais ca bien été par la suite

J'ai beaucoup aimé le fais que je pouvais faire mon horaire et choisir mes batch. J'ai adoré communiquer avec les clients et livrer leurs épiceries

Cons

Je me suis desinscrit à cause du salaire. J'ai essayé de me reinscrire et ils n'ont pas voulu me donner une 2e chance. J'ai ecris plusieurs fois même téléphoner et rien!!! Desolant!!!

Terrible experience! The company owes me $132 for a reimbursment and are not paying me back! Nobody knows how to get me my money back, and they have now deleted my account and I have no way of talking to anyone.

Pros

Nothing, they don't do anything to help you as a shopper.

Cons

They are the most unorganized company I have ever had dealings with! The batches they put together are so far away from where you shop, it is totally not worth it to do a shop. Some of the batches had me driving for 100 km and only paying $25. I would end up making about $5 after paying for my gas, not even mentioning my time to complete the order. Customer service for the shoppers is a total waste of time. None of the agents know how to fix an issue quickly.

Perfect when all functions as it is supposed to. Atrocious customer service when a human is needed.

Pros

I love that we can have our office's perishables delivered from trusted sources and without a trip to the grocery store. Prices are marked up but not unreasonably so.

Cons

The customer service for anything beyond a missing item is atrocious. If you have an order problem, that is usually handled with a few clicks quickly and efficiently. If you are honest and not abusing "missing items" you're credited right away. If you have any problem that involves a human and not AI, it is an endless cycle of being bounced between chats with no substantial answers/fixes. The customer service has made me contemplate canceling once.

Pros

I love how i dont have to go to the grocery store at times. All i have to do is order on the app and sit and wait for someone to bring my groceries.

Cons

I hate that it costs so much. The delivery fees are ridiculous, some of the delievers have bad manners, also they dont wanna help you get your groceries out if there car.

I usually get my order delivery incorrect. But I also get my orders quickly.

Pros

I like that I can shop at multiple stores and have them all picked up oat 1 time.

Cons

I do not like that I pay a monthly fee to use Instacart delivery, and then still pay for delivery charge.

Nothing- they have been denying a reimbursement of almost $400 for 3 weeks
