Pros: This program comes configured with many different ingredients and different types of those ingredients (e.g. boiled eggs, raw eggs, etc). You can enter the ingredients and amounts for your recipe, and then produce a nice Nutritional Facts table to print/implement on a label. The interface supports keyboard interaction fairly well.

Cons: Has the expected freaks and glitches of a program that is not heavily developed; takes some time to learn the intricacies and variants in the interface, in order to use it efficiently. Very complicated to move the data to another computer when moving the program (single copy only, no network sharing!)
