Multi-tenant system and value for money.

Cons

Compatible with CISCO only. It would be great to have compatibility with all unified communication platforms

I guess that some information is lacking: our solution is crossplatform and it is compatible with the most common technologies such as CISCO, Microsoft Teams, Avaia, Alcatel,... Mida unified recording platform is generally greatly appreciated precisely for its "umbrella approach": it is a single centralized recorder that manages simultaneously subsystems based on different technologies. Ottimo prodotto con lo scopo preciso e focalizzato verso i piccoli contact center che richiedono un sistema di registrazione cost effective senza funzionalità approfondite ma che garantisca registrazione, semlice tagging e semplice possibilità di riascolto

Grazie Giuseppe per aver condiviso la tua opinione. Probabilmente non hai ancora avuto modo di provare la nuova versione 3.0 di Mida Recorder. Da poco abbiamo infatti interamente riviso il prodotto, sia dal punto di vista di interfaccia che di integrazione con altre piattaforme. L'integrazione con Microsoft Teams è senza dubbio la novità più apprezzata dai nostri clienti, che la stanno già utilizzando da qualche tempo. Quando funziona, il sistema è di facile utilizzo, purtroppo è soggetto a diversi bugs, e per la risoluzione dei malfunzionaneti è sempre necessario l'intervento del supporto Mida,

Grazie Alessandro per aver recensito Mida Recorder. Il progetto a cui abbiamo lavorato insieme è fra i più stimolanti e complessi che abbiamo realizzato quindi ci fa piacere condividere qualche nota a riguardo. Il progetto riguardava l'installazione di Mida Recorder in ambito critical communications (transportations) ed ha avuto una durata eccezionale. Alla complessità dal punto di vista tecnologico - nota sin dall' inizio del progetto- si è poi aggiunta un'ulteriore variabile data dal fatto che la soluzione implementata è di fatto differente da quella che avevamo previsto e concordato ad inizio lavori. Questo ha richiesto il supporto diretto di Mida, allungando i tempi rispetto alla schedulazione iniziale. Grazie alla modularità del prodotto ed alle competenze del nostro team di supporto abbiamo però affrontato tali complessità al meglio, arrivando a dare al cliente il prodotto desiderato, anche grazie alla collaborazione diretta con il vostro team.

Avendo da registrare varie sorgenti, il sistema MIDA è capace di interfacciare diverse sorgenti

Cons

Il SW è legato a piattaforma VMWARE che di per se' non è un prolema, ma potrebbe essere un limite in alcune applicazioni su HW che non lo supportano

In questi anni abbiamo gestito insieme diversi progetti, anche in ambito di critical communications, riuscendo sempre a trovare insieme soluzioni adeguate alle peculiarità di ogni singolo cliente. Ti ricordiamo che le ultime release del software sono disponibili anche in KWM e per il mondo enterprise sono disponibili anche in Azure. Quindi ti invitiamo a contattarci direttamente per valutare se sia più conveniente per qualcuno dei progetti che abbiamo in comune, l'installazione su un'altra piattaforma.
