Una buena experiencia, más allá de adquirir la ATS hemos tenido soporte por parte de la empresa, han estado dispuestos a ayudarnos con todo. No solo soporte de herramientas si no que van más allá, hemos podido trabajar en equipo con excelentes resultados.

La cobertura que brinda en cuanto consecución de personal, el acceso a bases de datos propias de computrabajo con perfiles alineados a lo que se busca.

La comunicación con los postulantes es ágil y ordenada, lo que mejora la experiencia tanto del equipo de talento humano como de los candidatos. Excelente, el producto es buenísimo pero el soporte, atención y acompañamiento por parte del equipo es lo mejor

Optimización de todas las etapas del proceso mejorando el enfoque del equipo y la experiencia de los candidatos

Cons

Algunos reportes requieren de la gestión del equipo de apoyo, podrían ser más autogestionables por parte de las empresas

es una plataforma confiable, dinámica, con herramientas de mejora continua en el proceso de reclutamiento empresarial.

Pros

su versatilidad y mejora continua, es una plataforma que te ofrece diversos métodos de busqueda para poder hacer más efectivo la captación de cvs y ofrece filtros de reclutamiento que hacen más practico el análisis de competencias.

Cons

el error de regresarte a lña primer pagina durante el filtraje en la base de computrabajo, aunque presiones el incono de volver, te regresa a la pagina uno y es tiempo que se merma.
