En lineas generales, la experiencia fue muy positiva. Destacamos principalmente la practicidad de la plataforma, la facilidad de uso y el acompañamiento durante la implementación y gestión diaria. Nos permitió agilizar procesos, centralizar información y brindar una experiencia más dinámica tanto para el equipo interno como para los colaboradores. Además, valoramos la predisposición y el soporte recibiendo ante consultas o necesidades que fueron surgiendo en el proceso.

Pros

Lo que mas nos ha gustado de la plataforma Pandapé es su simplicidad y eficiencia en la gestión de pagos y beneficios. Además, su integración con Computrabajo permite un seguimiento ágil de las postulaciones y una experiencia completa, tanto para candidatos como para empleadores.

Cons

Hasta el momento no encontramos una desventaja puntual. Sí creemos que, como toda plataforma en crecimiento, siempre hay oportunidades para seguir optimizando algunas funcionalidades y reportes, pero en líneas generales la experiencia siempre ha sido muy positiva .

Pandapé es una herramienta bastante completa e inteligente la cual te permite eficientizar los procesos con sus filtros inteligentes, gestión del proceso y sobre todo te permite gestionar diversas etapas de los procesos con sus evaluaciones, video-entrevistas y demás opciones.

Pros

Pandapé tiene muchas bondades y sobre todo la facilidad de manejar varias bolsas de trabajo en una, lo que permite tener mas tiempo para otras actividades y ayuda con el filtrado de los candidatos de manera inteligente.

Cons

Lo único que no me gusta de Pandapé es que permite al usuario (candidato) poner otro titulo en lugar del nombre del candidato y no los obliga a subir cv

Mi experiencia general con Pandapé ha sido positiva. Es una herramienta que me ha ayudado a optimizar procesos de selección y organización de candidatos, especialmente en convocatorias con gran volumen de postulantes. La plataforma es práctica para el trabajo diario en reclutamiento y facilita la comunicación y seguimiento durante el proceso de contratación.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de Pandapé es que facilita bastante la gestión de reclutamiento y seguimiento de candidatos en un solo lugar. Me ayuda a mantener ordenados los procesos, revisar postulaciones rápidamente y tener mejor control de cada etapa de selección. También considero útil la publicación de vacantes y el filtro de candidatos, porque ahorra tiempo en la búsqueda de perfiles.

Cons

A veces algunas funciones pueden sentirse un poco limitadas o poco intuitivas, especialmente cuando se manejan varios procesos al mismo tiempo. También podría mejorar la rapidez de la plataforma en ciertos momentos y tener reportes más personalizados.
