### "Great product to give confidence to your workers"

Pros

The self certification is a real positive for us as a business as we can ensure a safe working environment. In addition, the app features are great as the majority of our workforce book a space through this.

Cons

Nothing at the moment but any ideas we have suggested have been achieved or put in the backlog.

Reason for choosing Kadence

The look and feel of the product was easy to use but covered most of our requirements.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive and the support team are quick to help with any questions.

Cons

I feel the mobile app could have more functions and we would love if it could integrate with Outlook and sync in with calendars for Outlook.

We have moved to a flexible working model however we wanted to still be able to manage space in the office and make sure people felt safe in current climate.

Pros

Really easy to use and love the fact that I can let my team know when I will be in the office.

Cons

It would be great if the software knew the team that I worked with and could suggest the best location to sit so that I was near to my team.

Pros

It was really easy to set up and very easy to use even for the non Tech savvy

Cons

The only thing I think it needs to improve on is to list the day of the week not just the date.
