Overall Handshake has proven to be a useful tool for attracting students to our career fairs and internship/entry-level roles.

Pros

Handshake has proven to be a great tool and a value-add when it comes to engaging with large pools of individuals ahead of career fairs and events. Additionally, the campaign feature has been a valuable resource for our diversity program, allowing us to target specific student groups and clubs

Cons

The interface can be cumbersome at times, including a few instances that caused us to have to contact IT support, taking several hours to days to troubleshoot. While it is a great tool for engaging with large pools of candidates, it's not a resource when it comes to searching for individual candidates. Lastly, it would be great if the search criteria did not revolve around one's major, as their career interests may span other areas, and the same major can mean different things depending on the school.
