For what we pay I think its worth it, especially compared to some of the bigger ERP tools that charge way more for basically the same core accounting stuff. Support has been pretty good too. Cons Some features are not easy to understand at first. I had to search for where things were in the menus. There are times when it's difficult to find out where updates or changes need to be made, which take a while to determine for someone who hasn't had the opportunity to or experience in researching previously. When you log in, the default home page fills your screen with cards for Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Expenses, Invoices, and Bank Accounts. Pros I have loved using quickbooks online. At first it was super intimidating but their AI features and simple setup has made it a breeze getting used to the system and inputting all of our accounting information. I believe we are getting a great value for our money and am confident that qbo is the way to go for maximum tax deductions and other tax related things. I highly recommend. Cons There isn’t much I didn’t like, the only issues i have come across were user error but the AI features and easy quickbooks support has helped me correct those issues and get back on track. Many automated processes for those not comfortable in the day to day bookkeeping. Pros Bank Feeds, Credit Card Feeds, the new AI tools. Another feature I find very useful is the Bank Rules and recurring transactions. Cons Recently QuickBooks has removed the customers choice to file and pay their own payroll taxes. Cons The feature to expand on a transaction as times gets expand. Pros My favorite feature is the banking import feature. Makes not having to enter every transaction so easy. Cons How it wants to automatically code every transaction and then having to go back and change it. Wish it would leave it blank and let you set rules yourself from the very beginning.
