The manager reports are great which you can run and send out within minutes. Pros The ease of posting invoices and recall feature are time saving. The auto posting makes posting payment very easy. A feature is the bank downloads upload which saves time posting payments and the match feature is great. Bank rec can be done within minutes. Cons The feature to expand on a transaction as times gets expand. Pros My favorite feature is the banking import feature. Makes not having to enter every transaction so easy. Cons How it wants to automatically code every transaction and then having to go back and change it. Wish it would leave it blank and let you set rules yourself from the very beginning. I truly love that I can work many different clients invoices. It provides great transition to book keeping and yearly taxes. Cons I would say at first the software seems over whelming. It was very frustrating for a long time. I do like how it uses catagories that match your tax software. Pros I love how you can take a picture of your receipts and it auto fills for you. I also like that you can make rules for certain transactiins to follow and it auto sorts your expenses and income. Cons I have 2 businesses and dont use to many features. They charge us $410 fir each account and it has to have separate logins and in order to do 1 login and 2 businesses it was gonna charge us several hundred a month. Crazy. It also disconnected from my llc bank account and when i reconnected it it duplicated several transactions. As soon as i found why things were not matching up, i deleted the transactio s. A week later it reduplicated the same ones i had deleted. For my sol prop it missed speratic transactiins and never lost connection to my account. I had to go through all my statements and hand type in the ones that were missing... about 50 total.... also frustrating... Switched from [FreshBooks](https://www.capterra.com/p/142390/FreshBooks/) Wanted autofill on my receipt capture. Freshbooms basic at the time did not have that. I especially value the real-time data access, collaborative features, and streamlined workflows for reporting and reconciliations, which save significant time and improve accuracy. The features are nice and the ease of use is appreciated. Invoicing is fairly easy and very customizable. Tech support is good and responsive, but expect to be on chat or on the phone for a while. Cons The new layout is atrocious. They completely redesigned the UI and it's much harder to navigate. There is no support for dark screen either. Their tech support takes very long to help with the problems. One thing it does really well is reporting. With the Custom Report feature, you can tailor reports to your own needs and pull them in the exact same format whenever you need them. Cons QBs online feels slow when switching, and it can get pretty frustrating at times. When applying payments, there are moments when you need to open an invoice to double check or make a quick edit, but the invoice takes a while to load. Unlike the desktop app, you end up waiting longer than you'd expect. The Aging Report format also changed from what it used to be, and the new setup feels less convenient. Before, you could just click the customer, open the gear icon, and add the rows you needed. Now you have to go into Customize, open Columns, scroll through the list, find what you want, and check it manually.
