Pros I love that it's online and I can handle all of my clients bookkeeping needs remotely! Cons There are a lot of things I don't like about QBO payroll - it's too difficult to make changes. We are accountants and Certified pro advisors but for end users it is difficult. 2) Expensive for small sized businesses. 3) Full Payroll is not available. For more intricate companies with a large amount of transactions, we still prefer to use QB Desktop Pros We use QB Online Accountant to host several company files for our clients. Pros The ease of use and the integration with my accountant makes our annual financial summary so much easier! Cons Just a little pricey I feel. That still won’t stop us continuing to use it but the fact that we got the first 6 months at half price I feel doubling the price after that point is a little steep. It is easy to add clients, make invoices and receive payments. Pros I like that all of my clients can be accessed with one log in. Cons I also use payroll and I don't like that payroll adjustments can't be made easily.
