Support is phenomenal and our hiring managers love it! Pros The Searchlight team is constantly striving to evolve with the ever-changing demands of talent acquisition. One of my favorite features is their Onboarding Guide. This compiles the information previous managers and coworkers have shared about how to set your potential new hire up for success. I told them it's like being able to look through a crystal ball to see how you need to approach, communicate, and train this particular individual. How fantastic to have that information prior to onboarding so on Day 1 you know you can hit the ground running with your new hire in a positive, productive way? Cons Honestly, no complaints. Any issue I've run into has been user error and not for lack of explanation from the Searchlight team. We've used Searchlight's guidance to move reference checking earlier in our process (both internally and with clients), creating a better case around candidates who might not have taken the originally envisioned path on a specific role, and used the reference feature to help ensure that we're matching soft skills for candidates based on those who have worked with them in the past. Pros I get real insights about candidates without having to schedule reference calls. I've personally hired based on these references and recommend the solution into every client. Cons I can't wait to use the new Intake functionality!
