## What is NOQ?

NOQ provides digital ordering to events and venues through a cashless and contactless mobile app solution. It allows customers to order food & drinks from anywhere, for collection or on-site delivery, whilst allowing them to enjoy the moment. Vendors can easily manage their orders and have access to live sales reports through the NOQ vendor app. Our app integrates with EPOS, providing an even more seamless digital ordering tool.

The developers/NOQ staff were incredibly helpful, readily available for any issues and made sure us as users and event organisers weren't left alone with any queries or problems. The app worked well and was a great solution to being able to cater and run events in a safe way.

Pros

The software is the perfect solution to the difficulties of running events in the current climate, and will change how things work going forward. It works very well, and was easy to set up and use.

Cons

One downside was customers not being able to message us after the order, such as to bring up any issues or missing items. It also wasn't easy to change items to out of stock as this has to be done on the portal rather than the app, but not impossible.
