The app worked well and was a great solution to being able to cater and run events in a safe way. Pros The software is the perfect solution to the difficulties of running events in the current climate, and will change how things work going forward. It works very well, and was easy to set up and use. Cons One downside was customers not being able to message us after the order, such as to bring up any issues or missing items. It also wasn't easy to change items to out of stock as this has to be done on the portal rather than the app, but not impossible.
