Pros Giuro che sto pensando a dei vantaggi ma non riesco a trovarne, a si! Ecco come non deve essere un software e sopratutto una assistenza. Premetto che ho una azienda informatica, pertanto di software ne ho visti parecchi Cons Usabilità: scarsa (non si capiscono certi menù e se carichi i dati da un altro gestionale fai prima a darti una martellata dove fa più male) Assistenza: indecente (una cosa del genere dovrebbe essere vietata, se volete parlare con qualcuno provate a non pagare... la riscossione crediti è il loro unico reparto efficente che si fa sentire, ci tengo a dire che io avevo pagato ma avevo chiesto uno sconto perchè il software mi sono reso conto "dopo la prova gratuita" che mi fa letteralmente ca\*are, quindi l'ho pagato per un anno e usato 16 giorni!!!!) Appena sufficiente l'import delle fatture passive da registrare con due programmi diversi, uno di contabilità ed uno di magazzino (non associato alle partite in caso di documento già saldato o con acconti). In più la mia esperienza con Teamsystem è assolutamente negativa in quanto abbiamo stipulato un contratto "blindato" per tre anni ed avendo loro emesso fattura di addebito non corrispondente al concordato ho chiesto più e più volte una nota di credito che da circa 10 mesi è in attesa di emissione, ma intanto le rate sono state tutte saldate ... Pros La grafica è semplice e chiara, è multi aziendale, è facile trovare il programma che necessita e naturalmente essendo in cloud è disponibile ovunque e poi la possibilità di esportare in excel è davvero comoda. Cons Programma non uniforme, la prima nota e la parte di contabilità generale (es. bilanci, schede, gestione delle partite) sono nuovi anche se non sufficienti e con lacune, mentre tutta la parte di magazzino è di un vecchio programma e non è "agganciata" alle partite aperte. Inoltre la gestione delle commesse/centri di costo è assolutamente ridicola, tanto è vero che per gestirle devo estrapolare i dati in un file excel che devo aggiornare ed integrare mese per mese ....
