The claim system is easy and smooth and the reimbursement comes back quickly. You get the best care when you are sick and in need, but it also helps you take care of your general health with complementary therapies! Cons Sometimes the platform to submit a claim gets stuck but it's quickly solved by contacting customers' support. I would value a better integration within the medical network (at least in Spain in which all medical insurances pay all in advance). Pros Easy to report. They took my feedback on board and I've been assured it will be incorporated into developments but, this is a health insurance service so not everyone will have the appetite to wait for something that is pretty crucial. Pros Product is easy to use in that you can log-in easily and can navigate around easily Cons Dashboard is non-existent right now, though I've been told it's still being developed.
