Insgesamt hat der Wechsel zur Eggheads-Suite für uns deutliche Verbesserungen mit sich gebracht, an einigen Stellen sind wir aber dennoch nicht um die Schaffung eigener Lösungen herumgekommen.

Pros

Die allgemeine Bearbeitung von Stammdaten durch die Endanwender funktioniert bis auf kleinere Probleme ausgezeichnet. Die REST-Schnittstelle funktioniert gut und ermöglicht leichten Zugang zu den Daten.Der Export-Konfigurator ist ein starkes Tool für die Erzeugung von XML-Ausleitungen.

Cons

Das Translation Management hat unseren Bedarf nicht erfüllen können. Die ausschließliche Nutzung der Greifersprache 1 in der Template-Verwaltung stellt ein erhebliches Hindernis für die Erzeugung von Dokumenten dar.Die Medienverwaltung funktioniert schlechter als die Stammdatenverwaltung.

Unsere Kunden produzieren Kataloge und exportieren Ihre Stammdaten an Drittanbieter. In allen Fällen ist ein schneller und effektiver Workflow möglich. Wir setzen die Software sehr gerne bei unseren Kunden und auch selbst ein.

Pros

Am Besten ist die Flexibilität. Von Roh Produktdaten bis Katalog oder Shopwareexporte ist damit alles möglich.

Cons

Die Software ist sehr mächtig und benötigt etwas Zeit für die Integration.
