Pros

Un logiciel très pratique pour mettre en place des enquêtes internes : il génère un bon taux d'engagement et est assez bien accepté par nos collaborateurs ! Les questionnaires proposés sont déjà bien conçus, ce qui nous fait gagner beaucoup de temps.

Cons

Un accompagnement sur la QVT serait un gros plus, notamment une fois la collecte des résultats passée !

Questionnaire, réaliste et extrêmement positif pour toutes les entreprises qui souhaitent se lancer dans la QVT.

Pros

La mise en valeur immédiate des axes d'amélioration à apporter !

Cons

Le fait de devoir regrouper plusieurs services pour assurer l'anonymat, car pas assez d'effectifs dans certains d'entre eux.

Le CSE voulait un état des lieux sur la qualité de travail des salariés. Grâce à IDTree nous avons pu confirmer que les salariés se sentent bien dans l'entreprise et avons eu confirmation de 2-3 points à améliorer.

Pros

L'assistant de création de sondages est très bien fait et très facile d'utilisation. le suivi et la lecture des résultats est également très facile.

Cons

Je n'ai pas trouvé de points faibles....
