C15 is an amazing group to work with. They are all extremely helpful and truly understand what a QMS is so they are able to translate that into an eQMS which works for your organization. They’ll work with you to customize the system to fit your business processes which helps with your implementation. They are with you every step of the way from reviewing the modules, training users on the system, troubleshooting issues post go-live and finding solutions to your quality systems. I worked with C15 on approximately 8 different modules and there were very few things that they couldn’t accommodate in the system. C15 will work with you to ensure that what you are implementing is going to work for you and your organization. That is the biggest difference from most eQMS solutions which are just using what is already developed and trying to fit it into your existing business processes.

Pros

The first major pro of the system were how interconnected the modules were. You can have a deviation linked to a CAPA, or an asset record linked to a change control. The second would be the lifecycle states and workflows. They are logical and enforce quality approval steps (where required) to ensure records do not progress without the appropriate approvals. Reports can be generated based on the lifecycle states which makes generating reports and trending data simple and easy to present to department owners.

Cons

If I had to say anything negative it would be the user licenses. It would be nice to see additional options to the full users and Lite users. A mid level license option would be perfect for those users that don’t own the records but need to participate in them (therefore don’t have to be a full user necessarily).

Amazing customer service, extremely responsive and I know I always have help with the system.

Pros

Control of documents and linking ability to Quality Events and EHS Events.

Cons

Sometimes the search will have issues when the text is the same as a department or category in the system. Example "inventory" or "training".

From setting up demos while vetting eQMS solutions, through initial onboarding, and continuing through deployment and module design the C15 team has been amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions or concerns, and engaged in the success of our organization's ability to deploy the software! They have become true partners to our team members.

Pros

The software is intuitive and guides the user through most work flows, even with minimal training. The flexibility to modify work flows for each module is important to a large MSO. It has allowed us to use current processes and duplicate these in the eQMS so users do not require re-training. The ability to edit and review documents across cross-functional teams has made document creation and review extremely easy, with participants located at different sites across the country.

Cons

The training of individual users on specific documents is not possible when users interact with the software under a shared license. This makes it difficult to track individual 'read and understood' on documents, but assigning the applicable user license to each individual is cost prohibitive for larger organizations. There is a work around the C15 team developed, but it is more manual than we would prefer. This is the only con identified about the software to date.

Reasons for choosing C15 Solutions

The intuitiveness of the system and the initial interactions with the C15 were the deciding factors. Another important part was integration ability. Integration has not been set up yet but will be required and C15 has the ability to do so with all potential software systems that will require this.
