Le logiciel permet une grande adaptabilité. L'onboarding avec \[caché sensible contenu\] est bien fait et rend simple ce qui pourrait être une migration bien plus complexe.

Pros

J'ai apprécié le dynamisme et la réactivité. Les échanges sont fondés sur la volonté de comprendre le besoin utilisateur pour y répondre au mieux. Nombreuses structures tentent à l'inverse de faire évoluer l'utilisateur pour s'adapter aux contraintes de l'outil.

Cons

Les paramétrages sont parfois complexes. Cela fait que nous sommes moins autonomes sur certains modules.

La prise en main n’a pas été très intuitive au départ, notamment pour nous qui utilisions déjà d’autres outils plus ergonomiques comme Monday.

Mon expérience avec Cerca a été globalement très positive. Le logiciel est complet, pratique et simple à utiliser au quotidien. J’ai particulièrement apprécié sa polyvalence et la réactivité du service client, qui permet de travailler en toute sérénité.

Pros

La facilité de prise en main : l’interface est intuitive et accessible rapidement, même pour une première utilisation. La richesse des fonctionnalités proposées : l’outil couvre un large éventail de besoins, ce qui permet de gagner du temps et d’avoir plusieurs solutions regroupées en un seul logiciel.

Cons

Pas grand-chose à redire : à chaque fois qu’un souci est apparu, le SAV a réagi immédiatement et a su apporter une solution efficace.

Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié avec CERCA, c’est sa simplicité d’utilisation et son interface claire, qui rendent la prise en main rapide. J’ai également trouvé les fonctionnalités très pertinentes, notamment le reporting. L’outil permet de gagner du temps tout en apportant une vraie valeur ajoutée à la réflexion stratégique. Enfin, l’équipe support est réactive et à l’écoute, ce qui fait toute la différence. Un clin d'œil tout particulier à \[contenu sensible caché\].

Nous avons mis Cerca en place seulement depuis début Mars donc je ne suis pas encore opérationnelle sur la plateforme pour vous répondre en revanche je tiens à féliciter Camille pour son accompagnement, son professionnalisme, ses conseils et sa réactivité. Elle a vraiment été la personne parfaite pour la mise en place de la plateforme et je la remercie pour toutes ses explications qui ont été très claires. C'était un plaisir de travailler avec elle.

Pros

La possibilité de transmettre l'information aux franchisés va être un vrai gain de temps pour moi ainsi que de faire des sondages. La possibilité de remplir les audits via l'application également.

Cons

Rien de négatif a dire pour le moment car mise en place début mars.
