We zitten nog in het implementatie traject. Maar het ziet er mooi uit.

Pros

Het gemak waarmee de ingevoerde data een rapport genereerd.

Cons

Het wennen aan de performance. We waren ons andere, oude programma na 32 jaar al zo gewend.

Zeer tevreden! De onboarding verliep verbazingwekkend genoeg zoals gepland (het was een erg groot project) en alles wat is toegezegd hebben ze waargemaakt.

Pros

Het pakket is zeer compleet, alle functionaliteiten welke we zochten zaten in een pakket.

Cons

Wij hadden onderschat hoeveel werk het zou zijn om alle data in te voeren - volgende keer zouden we dit denk ik liever uitbesteden.

Condor is een duidelijke omgeving en makkelijk in gebruikt. Vanuit Condor geeft men een keurige service en advies.

Pros

Condor heeft een toegankelijke omgeving waarin je een duidelijk overzicht heb van je vastgoed, (historische)data en MJOP.

Cons

Tot nu toe geen nadelen ondervonden gevonden. Richting toekomst zou voor ons een (incidentele) verhuurfunctie een plus zijn.

Gebruiksgemak, duidelijk overzicht en een goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.

Pros

Gemakkelijk in gebruik en overzichtelijk en aan te passen aan eigen wensen

Cons

Uiteraard zijn er altijd nog gewenste functionaliteiten die nog niet mogelijk zijn, maar Condor noteert het wel en kijkt altijd of op een andere manier toch nog hetzelfde of soortgelijk resultaat behaald kan worden.

Veel functionaliteiten, de verplichtingen zijn handig. Zeer uitgebreid. Ondersteuning is geweldig. Zeer veel geduld. Denken echt met je mee. Oplossingsgericht.

Cons

Geen plug en play, je moet je er echt in vastbijten. Maar de ondersteuning is zeer goed hierin. Mailcontact/-functie vanuit Condor zou fijn zijn.

Helaas hadden we tijdens de pilot te maken met een verkeerde versie van de software, waarin de nodige bugs zaten. Dit heeft tot enige frustraties geleid. Het inspecteren ging verder naar behoren en de mogelijkheden die het programma biedt, wanneer het goed werkt zijn interessant.

Gebruiksgemak van de app, snelheid van het programma, mogelijkheid tot het meegeven van kaders aan de inspecteurs

Inlezen data vrij complex, beperkte hoeveelheid standaard rapportages

Het pakket heeft vele verschillende functionaliteiten en veel informatie is goed te registreren.

Cons

Het pakket is niet gebruiksvriendelijk, je moet goed geoefend zijn wil je makkelijk kunnen werken met deze software.
