There was plenty of support throughout the process. Pros Software was easy to use and easy to get acclimated with. Working with groups of teenage boys, use of this software was easy to explain. It was helpful in assisting us in accomplishing our goals. Cons Not much. There is not much not to like. Sometimes support would frequently call when I was teaching or busy, but they were doing their job. A bit excessive at times. The support is really good. Also, the support staff (Michelle Pexton) and everybody else we dealt with, were very helpful . A couple of suggestions would be to have Donation amounts less than the initial price of $35.00.
