Having used software where technical support is dismissive at best and non existent at worst, UpViral's team and consultants are switched on to our needs. They listen and respond. Wilco's online record speaks for itself. Campaign Consultant, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] too has a proven track record of lead generation. These top professionals make themselves available to us regularly. If you are struggling, their tech support is responsive the same day. Pros The optin and social share templates which have come on stream mean that coding is a thing of the past. It also does much more than grab leads. It is designed to stimulate word of mouth referrals. As most marketers know, this remains the most power method of gaining meaningful leads. Cons At first, the interface was a little daunting. Pros I love the way Upviral encourages people to submit their contact details. The software is well maintained and the support is first-class. Cons It's a little pricey, however, if you subscribe to their mailing list, you can occasionally get annual deals. Reason for choosing UpViral Upviral offered a more complete package for what we wanted to achieve with our campaigns. Plus we know it works well as we have used it on and off for a few years now. It's not super easy to set up but once it's working it's can be ok. Cons I purchased a done for you lead capture marketing campaign. I was passed of to another company for this service. The page they produced was a rubbish template. They then started completely ignoring me and refuse to give me a refund. So I paid $1497 USD for nothing. I'm in the UK and would wait almost 48 hours for a reply. Their working hours rarely crossed with mine. I eventually gave up and cancelled having never run a contest. They wouldn't refund me the amount after 30 days ( the total was about 45) because that was beyond their terms. They were unwilling to acknowledge that, had their customer service been better, it wouldn't have taken 45 days to try and get it to work. Pros I liked the options to earn points through different methods. Cons It never worked properly. It's really buggy. By the end it kept just popping up across the site...only established this when I got colleagues to test it out. So it also saves us a lot of time. For beginners there are a lot of tutorials. For advanced users Upviral gives a lot of freedom to customize pages and the rest of the campaign. Pros Upviral is one of the tools that we use a lot for our business. We help clients with their projects. Especially those projects in the WEB3 space. With Upviral we can easily build communities and convert them into sales. It lowers the cost per lead a lot. Cons There is nothing we don't like about Upviral. It is one of the strategic tools we need a lot for our business. The only thing that I like least is the lack of 3rd party integrations we use a lot. Like Groove. Native integration with ESP makes it more awesome. In one of my recent campaign, I have generated approximate 5000 leads in just 20 days. It was really awesome. Thanks UpViral team :) Pros I like the auto disable fraud leads features because it saves a lot of time for filtering fraud leads. UpViral has good fraud detection system and auto disable frauds. I have been following Wilco for a few years now, and I stayed subscribed even when I didn't have an audience to build, because I could see the value in the product and enjoyed the way Upviral communicated. Now that I'm ready to launch a campaign I took a Webinar and appreciate the value from that and the discounts offered. Cons It's tricky to translate some of the general campaign building techniques into our industry, but the case studies are helpful and I can't think of a suggestion on how Upviral might improve their software to help me. I have not taken advantage of the 1 on 1 call yet, so maybe that will help. I did originally think Upviral would replace Mailchimp, but now realize that's not the case. I could imagine in the future that Upviral could include a mail service beyond the campaigns.
