Cons Like most software there's Always room for improvement with editing functionality, but it in no way affects the ability of the software to do its job. Once you have planned your marketing design and implementation then it really is just a matter of filling in the gaps that UpViral sets for you to do. Cons If there is an issue it is whether you are capable of good design work on your project. You can always outsource this aspect to ensure your project has a great visual impact. UpViral appears to be an experienced and reputable organisation with clear insights of how to leverage opportunities. I had purchased a one time offer for the 'Contest' program and found the information helpful. Cons Initially I had some issues with the subscription service. I didn't notice/realise that I was subscribing to a service (That I didn't need), however I cancelled the subscription and the great news is that I received good support and a refund. Cons Originally, the design options were limited, so it was difficult getting the landing pages to fit with the brands we were promoting. But the product team is continually improving the software, and the drawbacks are so minor considering the results we are getting! I don't use it with every client and on every campaign but it is good when you can pull out one more ace from the sleeve. :) Pros Drag and drop interface for setup of campaign. Cons I use HubSpot for CRM. It is connected with UpViral and my new contacts are entering the CRM. However, I have to manually to give consent for new contacts that enter from the campaign.
