Very impressed at the software, support and marketing - the product is as good or better than the marketing which is world-class.

Pros

How easy it is to create viral bumps to existing funnels and prospect flows

Cons

It can do so much that part is overwhelming at first. But there's great support and training so getting a campaign under your belt is all that's required.

Using Upviral increased comments or engagements with our customers. To encourage more customer interaction we made a game and a prize. There was no notification for its deadline tho.

Pros

We integrated this into our FB page and there are engagement by the customers.

Cons

How I wish that Upviral would automatically be uploaded to fb posts and user wont repear posting it coz its a waste of time.

The software has the ability to check that the lead referrals are not fraudulent.

Cons

It is not possible to automatically confirm that a viral lead has truly completed the task to receive the assigned points.

Pros

What I love most about UpViral is the passion \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] brings to his products. I've never seen anything like it -- he's truely obsessed with his work! He's on Facebook to answer questions and releases new training videos like clockwork. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] delivers above and beyond the call of duy...no one else comes close.

Cons

Try as I might, I can't think of anything that I don't like about UpViral. When I have questions, their support gives comprehensive and educated responses within 24 hours. UpViral's support is first rate.

The cost of marketing (Facebook Ads etc.) is going up. Upviral brings in leads and sales for low to zero cost. That improves your ROI which is important to any business owner's bottom line.

Pros

Quickly increase the size of your leads base by using the current clients that you have.

Cons

Integrating with ZoHo is a bit time-consuming.

Pros

It's like they promised it would be and that's a rare fact in the internet.

Cons

For a User who is not so much into marketing it's still kind of difficult. But it's not possible to make it easy enough for me.

Followed Wilco & Upviral for a while and never really had the time to use it. Still learning the software and not fully utilised it yet however i do see it's potential to help scale the business.

Cons

Not got any cons to the software - it's just limitations of myself, finding the time to actually implement everything (which is on me).

Pros

Very elaborate explanations & easy to use interface with an ingenious strategy for generating email leads for any business although it doesn't work on mobile phone so if you don't have a laptop get one, I would recommend this to anyone looking to grow a massive email list in an extremely short time

Cons

The fact that it's user interface doesn't agree with mobile phone so people who bought with mobile won't be able to make those Campaigns till the get a pc but the software itself is amazing trust me

Pros

The features are great. Campaign setup is somewhat intuitive when you get familiar with it, which take a bit of time.

Cons

There is no support. Some queries are stale with no responses. In some cases, they respond with vanilla suggestions. Only in one instance, the request was responded to in a satisfactory manner. Most agents assume that you know their software as well as they do, so there is no go as a long-term solution at any price point.

Upviral helps me to get much more leads and keeps them engaged during the contest. Apart from 2600 leads I also managed to get > 500 leads in the new facebookgroup which keeps them engaged. In the facebookgroup we inspire BBQ-fans with recipes and they can ask questions about their bbq-issues.

Pros

The simplicity to set up a campaign. The dashboard which really measures everything. And the business-cases which help to set a strategy.

Cons

There no feature to install the facebook token so I can retarget properly at this moment because of the IOS update. But still my revenue on leads was good.

Reason for choosing UpViral

I already used Connect IO and like Wilco's information about marketing strategies.
