Pros It's very easy to use, infinitely customizable, and reasonably priced. The estimates we produce look professional and are clear to our clients and insurance adjusters alike. Cons Honestly, so far, I have not really seen any negatives about Joist. We are very happy with the product and foresee our company using it exclusively moving forwards. Joist allows us to set our own prices and argue for that pricing without having to justify the difference from Xactimate pricing.
