The process is very nice and simple for the customer and can also be easily integrated into existing systems. Cons The service is super nice but also absolutely terrible. I've been trying for weeks to get only a payout of my credit and had the feeling that no one really knew what they were doing. After 4 weeks, they finally made me an alternative proposal as the payout could be made, only to tell me 2 days later that what I wanted from the beginning was possible. It is even the only way.The problems are still not finally solved (months later), but I have no more energy to ask every 2 days for an update only to get the answer that a colleague will take care of it. However, they have a minimum payout of 1000 GBP and since Crypto payments only make a very small proportion of our turnover, we do not reach that limit so often. Therefore, I was looking for a payment processor that has a reasonable limit on when can payouts be made. Pros Very easy to use with our billing system WHMCS, the transaction fees are low and most payments go through without a hitch. Our customers like the range of cryptocurrencies that can be paid with which is always updated and improved. Cons Customer support sometimes lacking, very slow to respond on certain things and charged very high fees when trying to withdraw fiat currency (withdraw as crypto instead). Highly recommended Pros The ease of use! Everything is very straightforward with CoinGate, api integration was seamless. There is a ton of crypto coins available that users can pay with. Payouts were non problematic. Cons My only complain would be the lack of BEP20 chain that would integrate the Binance network heavily reducing the fees of the transactions.
