It's reassuring to know that whenever we need assistance, the Ninety team is there to provide timely and effective support. Their commitment to customer success is one of the many reasons we enjoy using the platform.

Pros

Ninety has been a great tool for keeping our team organized, aligned, and accountable. The task management and team collaboration features make it easy to track priorities and ensure follow-through. I also appreciate the visibility it provides into team performance and company goals. Their customer support is excellent, and they consistently offer helpful training videos and resources that help us get even more value from the platform.

Cons

Great experience with Ninety - I recommend to my clients often. It really helps with companies who want a central location for all of their documentation.

Pros

It's a great way to hold all of your EOS Tools in one spot. It helps run your Level 10 Meetings - to keep to the agenda, easily linked issues, rocks, and to-dos.

Cons

Sometimes the "hidden" menus - like when you need to change the owner of a Rock or To-Do are too hidden. Lots of clicking around trying to find the edit button.

My experience with the platform has been very positive, and it has truly supported our rollout of EOS. The structure it provides has helped us stay organized and consistent, and the staff has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Their responsiveness and willingness to walk through questions or issues has made the transition much smoother for our team.

Pros

Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback. One of the biggest advantages we’ve experienced with ninety is the structure it provides for rolling out EOS across the company. It gives us a clear, consistent framework and makes it easy to see what’s due and who is responsible for each item. The platform is simple to navigate, both online and through the app, which has made adoption smooth for the team. Overall, ninety has allowed us to spend more time managing the business and less time updating spreadsheets or tracking information manually. It’s been a meaningful improvement in how we stay organized and maintain traction.

Cons

While ninety has been valuable overall, there are a couple of areas that present challenges. Like any new platform, there is a learning curve when entering and organizing data, especially for team members who are still getting comfortable with the system. The good news is that the help desk has been extremely responsive and willing to walk through any issues at any time, which has made the adjustment easier. Another limitation is the lack of integration with other CRM platforms. It would be helpful to avoid updating information in multiple systems, and having ninety syncs with our existing tools would streamline our workflow even further

Cons

This is splitting hairs (because the product is so good and support is so responsive), but I would prefer there be a trash bin so I could retrieve my own deletion mistakes without getting support involved. Haha!

Ninety is a model company. Their client services is one of the best I’ve ever experienced in the Team really demonstrates what a great company looks like and it all starts from the top, Mark Abbott, who founded the company.

Pros

It is the best ever platform created for running your business. Everything looks simple until you try to do it on spreadsheets and word documents and realize they’ve really thought through so many things on a very deep level.

Cons

I like almost everything. I think that the AI that they’ve integrated is good and I believe it will eventually become great.

We highly recommend Ninety, especially if you are an EOS company. I truly do not know how EOS companies run without it. Everything EOS is able to be easily accessed by the entire team, from the VTO and accountability chart to the issues list and scorecard. It also negates the need for someone to spend the entire meeting just taking notes, because you can create issues and to-dos so easily and quickly. Ninety keeps everything organized and focused. It is a must-have for EOS companies.

Pros

We love using Ninety to keep us on track and keep communication open! The accountability aspect is great, so everyone can see what everyone else agreed to accomplish, and help each other out if needed. One of the most practical pros of Ninety is that we don't have to keep a running list of issues ourselves to bring to the next meeting and try to remember them all. We can all access the platform and add issues as we go.

Cons

Ninety was really hard to use and understand at first. Part of that was probably that I didn't receive much training/direction from my team, but also the concept was hard to grasp until I read "What the Heck is EOS." Then it all clicked. But I know that most of our employees have struggled to grasp it until we first explain the EOS concepts. We were using it before we were an EOS company, so it was difficult prior to joining EOS.
