It provided a strong framework for implementing EOS and helped bring more structure and accountability to our meetings and goals. While there were some areas where additional customization or flexibility would have been helpful, the platform supported our team in building better processes and maintaining focus on our priorities. Pros I liked having a centralized platform to organize our EOS processes, including Rocks, Scorecards, Issues, and To-Dos. It helped create more visibility across the team and provided a structured way to track progress, accountability, and priorities. Cons The biggest challenge was that some features were not as intuitive or flexible as we needed. Certain reporting and tracking functions required workarounds, and it was sometimes difficult to customize the platform to align with our specific processes and reporting needs. It allows for task management, team collaboration and team management of projects you are working on. They are also always looking at how to improve the software and the features. Cons There is nothing I dislike about Ninety. The platform is easy to use and the team is great to work with. I do wish it synced with Salesforce for task management collaboration. The structure it provides has helped us stay organized and consistent, and the staff has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Their responsiveness and willingness to walk through questions or issues has made the transition much smoother for our team. Pros Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback. One of the biggest advantages we’ve experienced with ninety is the structure it provides for rolling out EOS across the company. It gives us a clear, consistent framework and makes it easy to see what’s due and who is responsible for each item. The platform is simple to navigate, both online and through the app, which has made adoption smooth for the team. Overall, ninety has allowed us to spend more time managing the business and less time updating spreadsheets or tracking information manually. It’s been a meaningful improvement in how we stay organized and maintain traction. Cons While ninety has been valuable overall, there are a couple of areas that present challenges. Like any new platform, there is a learning curve when entering and organizing data, especially for team members who are still getting comfortable with the system. The good news is that the help desk has been extremely responsive and willing to walk through any issues at any time, which has made the adjustment easier. Another limitation is the lack of integration with other CRM platforms. I love the scorecard data and the fact that it keeps our goals on track. Cons Sometimes it can be buggy or lag during live meetings when other users are updating issues as we go. Cons This is splitting hairs (because the product is so good and support is so responsive), but I would prefer there be a trash bin so I could retrieve my own deletion mistakes without getting support involved.
