It really helps with companies who want a central location for all of their documentation. Pros It's a great way to hold all of your EOS Tools in one spot. It helps run your Level 10 Meetings - to keep to the agenda, easily linked issues, rocks, and to-dos. Cons Sometimes the "hidden" menus - like when you need to change the owner of a Rock or To-Do are too hidden. Lots of clicking around trying to find the edit button. The structure it provides has helped us stay organized and consistent, and the staff has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Their responsiveness and willingness to walk through questions or issues has made the transition much smoother for our team. Pros Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback. One of the biggest advantages we’ve experienced with ninety is the structure it provides for rolling out EOS across the company. It gives us a clear, consistent framework and makes it easy to see what’s due and who is responsible for each item. The platform is simple to navigate, both online and through the app, which has made adoption smooth for the team. Overall, ninety has allowed us to spend more time managing the business and less time updating spreadsheets or tracking information manually. It’s been a meaningful improvement in how we stay organized and maintain traction. Cons While ninety has been valuable overall, there are a couple of areas that present challenges. Like any new platform, there is a learning curve when entering and organizing data, especially for team members who are still getting comfortable with the system. The good news is that the help desk has been extremely responsive and willing to walk through any issues at any time, which has made the adjustment easier. Another limitation is the lack of integration with other CRM platforms. Managing Director Computer Software Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "If you want to implement EOS, you cant do it without ninety" November 25, 2024 3.0 Overall its been great, it is the best out there for managing your business with the EOS framework. Pros Its helped us to manage the EOS framework within our business. Without it I dont think we would be able to do it, genuinely. The weekly meetings are a breeze - it keeps us on track, guides us through the agenda and it acts as a central place for the leadership team to monitor the business. Cons It can be a bit glitchy at times, crashes from time to time and is a little clunky. Its missing some key features like being able to report on rocks and the per seat license fee means we only have our SLT team using it where it would be brilliant to have the entire business using it but with 50 members of staff it would be far too expensive. I truly do not know how EOS companies run without it. Everything EOS is able to be easily accessed by the entire team, from the VTO and accountability chart to the issues list and scorecard. It also negates the need for someone to spend the entire meeting just taking notes, because you can create issues and to-dos so easily and quickly. Ninety keeps everything organized and focused. It is a must-have for EOS companies. Pros We love using Ninety to keep us on track and keep communication open! The accountability aspect is great, so everyone can see what everyone else agreed to accomplish, and help each other out if needed. One of the most practical pros of Ninety is that we don't have to keep a running list of issues ourselves to bring to the next meeting and try to remember them all. We can all access the platform and add issues as we go. Cons Ninety was really hard to use and understand at first. Part of that was probably that I didn't receive much training/direction from my team, but also the concept was hard to grasp until I read "What the Heck is EOS." Then it all clicked. But I know that most of our employees have struggled to grasp it until we first explain the EOS concepts. We were using it before we were an EOS company, so it was difficult prior to joining EOS. I also love being part of the Beta users and feeling heard when I make suggestions, 90 really listens. Cons It seems like Monday's are glitch day if anything is going to go wrong. When I need assistance the team is always really helpful and quick with responding. The results are typically exactly what I need and the follow up is always appreciated. Pros Ninety is a great platform and my team uses it every single day. We utilize this to track to-do's, quarterly projects, facilitate our team meetings, and run performance reviews. The program is really easy to use once you learn it and it's a great way to ensure my team is always on the same page. Cons Some of the buttons and functions are a little glitchy or touchy at times. Like you have to click EXACTLY on the specific pixel to get into the text box or select an option. If you miss that pixel, the site assumes you're not trying to click into that textbox/button and resets the form. If we can expand that click zone to register the area slightly around the exact pixels, that would be AMAZING! Also, if we can give users with the site admin permissions the ability to delete Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews. Or at least allow the user who created the reviews to delete them, that'd be great. I am the one in my company who creates all the reviews and if I have to edit or remove those, I have to reach out to the support team. These are just some development fixes that I am sure they could implement relatively easily and it would improve the overall experience. Pros I love the simplicity and way this platform connects all components of EOS. Cons Scorecards are very difficult to administer. You cannot manage measures for users easily and entering scorecard data is not efficient...lots of pointing and clicking instead of tabbing/entering. Printing processes and AC are very cumbersome and not many options for ensuring they print the way you want them. We end up duplicating these items outside the system to get it right. Director of Products Computer Software Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Genuinely helps teams focus on the most important things" January 27, 2026 4.0 When our leadership announced that we'd be starting to implement the EOS framework into our workflows and that Ninety would be the platform for us to use with it, I was admittedly skeptical, thinking it was just the latest "shiny new thing". While not perfect, EOS+Ninety has pleasantly surprised me by actually improving visibility, focus, and communication across our teams. Pros It has genuinely helped keep my team focused on the most important things each quarter. We all still inevitability get sidetracked with other things that may or may not be urgent, but Ninety helps to remind everyone of what is a "rock" vs what is "sand", in terms of importance. Cons They've made some improvements over the last year and a half that we've used it, but it does still feel like a new platform. Overall it works great for its primary purpose, but there're a handful of small quirks you notice when using it daily. Things like the absence of a true dark mode or limited options for formatting things on the scorecard. I'm sure they'll get there, but these types of things are worth knowing about beforehand. We love the software and how they are constantly improving it and making it more beneficial to users. Pros Great Value for Money. Fantastic Customer Support. Software is definitely easy to use. It allows for task management, team collaboration and team management of projects you are working on. They are also always looking at how to improve the software and the features. Cons There is nothing I dislike about Ninety. The platform is easy to use and the team is great to work with. I do wish it synced with Salesforce for task management collaboration.
