Cons This is splitting hairs (because the product is so good and support is so responsive), but I would prefer there be a trash bin so I could retrieve my own deletion mistakes without getting support involved. Pros Ease of keeping all our our meetings, issues and goals in one place everyone can access. Cons It can be a little glitchy sometimes. For example, when running a meeting it doesn't always show everyone all the time in the meeting, sometimes you have to refresh a few times to get everyone listed. When putting things in order in the issues tab by priority during a meeting, it doesn't always show the same issue at the top for everyone at the meeting. When I need assistance the team is always really helpful and quick with responding. The results are typically exactly what I need and the follow up is always appreciated. Pros Ninety is a great platform and my team uses it every single day. We utilize this to track to-do's, quarterly projects, facilitate our team meetings, and run performance reviews. The program is really easy to use once you learn it and it's a great way to ensure my team is always on the same page. Cons Some of the buttons and functions are a little glitchy or touchy at times. Like you have to click EXACTLY on the specific pixel to get into the text box or select an option. If you miss that pixel, the site assumes you're not trying to click into that textbox/button and resets the form. If we can expand that click zone to register the area slightly around the exact pixels, that would be AMAZING! Also, if we can give users with the site admin permissions the ability to delete Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews. Or at least allow the user who created the reviews to delete them, that'd be great. I am the one in my company who creates all the reviews and if I have to edit or remove those, I have to reach out to the support team. These are just some development fixes that I am sure they could implement relatively easily and it would improve the overall experience. It's a solid product and it keeps improving. People at Ninety are very proactive and friendly. Great customer service. Pros Great customer service. Great product - simple and intuitive. Clear development pipeline - keeps getting better. Cons So far, nothing. They could improve support for Spanish, although working with Chrome translate turned on, results in a 99% good experience. Pros Helps so much with productivity and efficient meetings Cons I really have to force myself to find something. There have been a few times that I have assumed that updates would auto save, because Save button was not located intuitively (for me) and because on other screens, changes \*did\* auto-save. I consider it a training issue. But usability-wise, it might be useful feedback. January 2, 2025 4.0 Using Ninety.io has so far been great as an every day user. Its easy to input and review management data on the scorecard, and management meetings are easy to follow due to the simplicity of each section. Pros It allows us to easily manage our EOS implementation across the Senior Leadership Team. The clarity of information on the scorecard allows us to easily view a snapshot of what is going on each week. The ability to run our weekly meetings through the platform, ensures we are consistent and strict on timings each week! Cons As a general (non-admin) user, I haven't found any cons as yet! Again, making weekly use, particularly in 1:1's set up would make it remarkable. Pros 1\. Easy to add and remove employees and teams. 2. Makes meetings flow in a consistent manner and usable with and across multiple teams. Allows for efficiencies. 3. VERY crucial and easy to set up our annual, quarterly, and weekly metrics and be able to drive them consistently and clearly. 4. The search and help functions take you very quickly to helpful articles and answers and the greater 90.io community. Cons Currently, the product focuses on annual and quarterly candences and it is VERY challenging and not intuitive to set up WEEKLY 1:1's. Making this easier would allow to for 1:1s inside of 90.io and thereby being able to leverage the data and metrics and goals and to-dos entered into 90.io and make it more accessible to leverage the annual and quarterly reviews, meetings, etc. Reason for choosing Ninety Not sure - I was not here when this was chosen. Over the past two years, the user experience and platform as evolved considerable and is so much better. It is a must-use, daily platform for everyone at Humentum. But their stand-out feature is their customer service. It is quick, friendly, on-brand, and thorough. They make most SAAS companies look like amateurs. Pros I love the simplicity and way this platform connects all components of EOS. Cons Scorecards are very difficult to administer. You cannot manage measures for users easily and entering scorecard data is not efficient...lots of pointing and clicking instead of tabbing/entering. Printing processes and AC are very cumbersome and not many options for ensuring they print the way you want them. We end up duplicating these items outside the system to get it right. I want to do what we can at JSE to help them improve the software and get it where we need it. I wish the software would align with MSFT Teams Pros The support at 90.io is very helpful and willing to jump on a call and discuss challenges with the software. I feel like they want to hear feedback so that they can fix or implement new code to make the software even better. I used to use Bloomgrowth and they did not care about feedback very much. This is why I switched to 90.io Cons I feel there remains some key programming to make the software fully capable of doing what a company needs from a software platform such as this. I feel 90.io is charging for a software that is picture perfect. However there remains some snags and improvements that need to be figured out. Now, our meetings are structured, they have a purpose, and they allow us to remain focused on the topics at hand. Cons Minor, typical issues that occur such as new hires not receiving their welcome email to create their login information. Cons When a team views the leadership team's VTO, the company rocks are titled as "department rocks" which confuses employees.
