It does exactly what we want to do with EOS in mind. Pros This platform follows EOS L10 format very easy and effective. Helps with communication throughout the company and keeps us on track. Cons When a team views the leadership team's VTO, the company rocks are titled as "department rocks" which confuses employees. Also, I'd appreciate an e-blast outlining new features added or enhanced. I find out about these when I'm in an L10 or using the program itself. Review Source LB Lara B. Also allows for a cascading KPI/Rock structure which can breakdown and assign goals to various teams and users. Cons Finding and utilizing the performance management tool was a bit difficult, but highly possible that is user related. Review Source MS Michael S. December 21, 2022 5.0 This is an amazing product that I HIGHLY recommend to any organization that is implementing Traction. I am glad that I found it, and I look forward to using it for years to come. Pros I signed up for the free trial of Ninety to build an accountability chart. After exploring the product in more detail, I changed to the full paid version. I do not regret the purchase, and I honestly couldn't imagine implementing Traction without it. December 6, 2021 3.0 EOS is a fantastic operating system, but unfortunately Nintey.io has chosen a business model that makes it impossible to correctly implement EOS for the entire company unless your entire company is on email and can be a paid user. Pros The software is easy to access using a browser, and is always available without interruption. Cons In my manufacturing company, 90% of the team are line workers who do not have access to email, and therefore will be unable to properly participate in their L10's due to a simple development decision that prohibits non paid users from being assigned scorecard numbers or rocks. This is a really big disappointment, and since Nintey.io is forcing my company to choose between running EOS properly, or using their software, it's not a difficult decision to drop Nintey.io. Pros Helps so much with productivity and efficient meetings Cons I really have to force myself to find something. There have been a few times that I have assumed that updates would auto save, because Save button was not located intuitively (for me) and because on other screens, changes \*did\* auto-save. I consider it a training issue. But usability-wise, it might be useful feedback. Reason for choosing Ninety Recommendation from colleagues who had implemented Ninety, and customer service during free trial was fantastic. The help support has been amazing as have been all the training sessions!! Pros It is such an amazing platform for accountability and transparency! We are happy to get our whole organization on this platform! Cons There was a bit of a learning curve for me as the Implementor, but it isn't something that I "didn't like" as everything is extremely well laid out! I was very impressed actually. June 25, 2024 5.0 Easy to use and streamlines everything! The visibility you get, especially as a leader, is amazing. It helps me stay connected and allows me to easily plug in when my direct reports can't run their meetings. Pros I can't imagine running an L10 without it. As the integrator, it helps me stay on track and organized. Pros The ease of organizing everything in one place and it follows the EOS process. Cons There isn't anything I don't like.
