La experiencia general con Okticket ha sido muy positiva. Es una herramienta que realmente simplifica la gestión de gastos y reduce bastante el tiempo que antes se dedicaba a tareas más administrativas. Desde el primer momento se percibe que está pensada para el día a día, con un uso bastante intuitivo y una buena integración con el resto de sistemas. Además, facilita mucho el control y la trazabilidad de los gastos, tanto a nivel de usuario como de empresa, lo que aporta orden y transparencia. En conjunto, es una solución práctica, estable y que aporta valor real sin complicar la operativa.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de Okticket es lo fácil que hace algo que normalmente es bastante pesado. El proceso de registrar gastos es muy ágil, el OCR funciona bien y evita tener que meter datos a mano. Además, te da bastante control y trazabilidad sin complicar la operativa del día a día, que al final es lo que se necesita.

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que, en algunos casos, el OCR no siempre interpreta correctamente todos los datos del ticket y toca revisarlos manualmente. También hay ciertos flujos o configuraciones que podrían ser algo más intuitivos al principio, sobre todo para usuarios nuevos, aunque una vez te acostumbras funciona de forma bastante fluida.

La experiencia general con Okticket está siendo muy positiva. La posibilidad de organizar los gastos por proyectos o reuniones facilita mucho el control y la gestión a nivel contable, aportando mayor claridad y orden en el día a día. Además, el hecho de poder hacer la foto del ticket en el momento en que te lo entregan es una gran ventaja, ya que evita tener que guardar papeles que fácilmente se pueden perder. Esto lo hace muy práctico y cómodo en el uso diario. En general, es una herramienta que simplifica procesos, ahorra tiempo y se convierte en un gran apoyo para la gestión interna de la empresa.

Pros

La rapidez en la resolución de cualquier duda y el soporte recibido. Destacaría especialmente la facilidad con la que explican el funcionamiento de la aplicación, guiándote paso a paso, lo que hace que la adaptación sea muy sencilla y ágil.

Cons

Por el momento, no hemos identificado desventajas destacables. A nivel personal, la experiencia está siendo muy positiva y la herramienta cumple con las expectativas actuales.

El no poder sacar un listado en pdf por obra la verdad que es incomodo, se le podría sacar más partido por el precio que vale.

Pros

Lo que me gusta es que con vista avanzada puedes ver todos los costes de obra de un vistazo, puedes ver los tickets sin necesidad de guardarlos en papel.

Cons

Es demasiado caro para lo que es, no me deja sacar listados por obras en formato pdf para poder meterlo en la carpeta de la obra.

Contacto fácil y rápido con buena atención al cliente. Ofrecen soluciones de personalización de la herramienta.

Pros

La facilidad de uso de la APP, lectura de los tickets muy buena y muy rápida. Servicio de atención al cliente muy bueno.

Cons

La versión Lite tiene pocas personalizaciones aunque hay soluciones adicionales que hacen que esta desventaja sea mejorable.

Satisfactoria; cuando ha habido algún problema han dado respuesta rápidamente desde servicio postventa. Trato humano y diligente.

Agilidad en la gestión por parte de los usuarios y rapidez en la respuesta en caso de incidencias por parte por el servicio postventa.

Agilizar la creación de hojas de gastos mensuales para todos los usuarios al mismo tiempo, algunos errores en la pagina puntuales que no permiten subir el ticket.

El trato de sus trabajadores, en especial \[contenido sensible oculto\] que ha sido la persona que me asesoró y me formó. Me ha gustado mucho su profesionalidad y la forma ágil de hacer las cosas.

Pros

Creo que es una app que puede ayudarme a ser mucho más productiva en mi puesto de trabajo. Dándote la posibilidad de no solo sea algo fácil para nuestros comerciales sino que también haciendo mucho más fácil la contabilización de algo tan engorroso como son los tickets.

Cons

De momento no puedo indicar nada ya que todas sus funcionalidades me resultan muy útiles. He contratado sus servicios hace muy poco y todo lo que me han mostrado me sirve y de momento funciona tal y como me lo han vendido

Todo fenomenal, recomiendo Okticket a todos los comerciales que conozco y ya es la segunda empresa en la que implanto el sistema.

Pros

La verdad es que lo más agradable de todo es la facilidad con la que se usa la aplicación y lo intuitivo que es.

Cons

Poco que decir, la verdad es que funciona muy bien, me ha quitado muchos dolores de cabeza preparando hojas de gasto.
