la implementación no fue sencilla, si bien el proveedor pone recursos para ayudar a la implementación, se encontraron decimados problemas y el técnico no contaba con la experiencia para resolverlo por lo cual requería escalar y esperar varios días para continuar.Finalmente nos resultó demasiado rígida respecto a lo esperado.

Pros

El producto muestra muchas de integración bajo la modalidad ITIL

Cons

Están en la transición entre la versión 8 y 9 y requiere de accederse por diferentes sitios para ver la información
