Any gains you claim to have made are fake. Please don't make the same mistake as I did by interacting with them. They do not approve withdrawal. I've gone round and round; there's always another reason to take more money from me. I had to file a report with Roberts Lee Recovery Firms ( \[sensitive content hidden\] ) , and they were able to reclaim my funds when everything appeared lost. Pros TaxAct is a fairly priced software to use for preparing most of my clients returns. Ease of use is important so that I am efficiently spending my time on a tax return. Cons It doesn't have functions to prepare a few of my returns properly but most other software this is true of as well.
