It has helped our production, at a fair price. Pros Made Simplr walks you through the key areas nicely, and automates some of the calculations. It is a good system for keeping all of our R+D claims organised. We scaled back our R+D a lot, and the team were very responsive and proactive in reducing the price to reflect that. Cons There were some issues with the automated/upload calculation sections, but I think these were teething issues a couple of years ago. The back office team were quick to correct for us. Pros The ease of use and the questionnaire that can be generated. Cons There were a few initial issues in using the software but this was overcome by the help offered by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] at Made.simplr. Switched from [WhisperReporter](https://www.capterra.com/p/171213/WhisperReporter/) The cost was expensive and the software for Whisper was too rigid. Made.simplr is much more flexible. Cooperative and friendly support, I have always received quick responses from their customer support and have been able to resolve arising issues. Low barrier of entry, the software is simplistic and intuitive making it very easy to pick up and use. Cons The software does not handle group companies with ease and improvements could be made in this area. Pros It has been easy to use and input we found easy but the output report looks really great and has lots of details to it. Cons The only con was a few teething problems with our accounts production software. Reasons for choosing made.simplr We looked at the other providers but the white label option and being able to keep it in house along with price swung it for us.
