It's a great company and really useful service. All my interactions with their team have been positive and I've never had any issues with the service.

Pros

The call routing and international phone numbers work really well. It's a simple and easy to use software to make and receive international phone calls.

Cons

There was a verification process in the beginning to first get my number.

This is the best Voicemall service company we have ever used. We have had issues with other companies like lack of customer service. We would recommend to everyone!

Pros

The responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff is unmatched! They went so far as to respond and apply our new voicemail prompts on CHRISTMAS DAY!

Cons

The site is a bit tough to figure out for those of us who aren't as tech-savvy. I'm sure it's easy enough with plenty of practice and use, but I'm not patient or knowledgeable in this area.

Overall it is a useful business phone system that serve the outbound call purpose. Integration didn't help much as there wasn't any place to record a call log after a call; I have to clicked the log call manual to do that. It is a good basic phone system for basic user who seeks for simple function of calling.

Pros

The outbound calls made were made without issues. Audios are crisp and clear. Simple interface and easy to use, no fancy and complicated feature.

Cons

Some basic features such as inbound , recordings incurred fees not to mentioned the outbound quotas which charges once exceeded.

Pros

Global Calling Forwarding tailor made a package for me. They spent time listening to my needs which are quite specific to my business. They were patient in guiding me through the technical aspects of using their app to receive calls, making it less overwhelming for a lay person like me. Their customer service is unmatched and I am glad to have found them after much searching and being messed around by other companies.

Cons

I do not have an complaints to speak of so far after being a customer for several months. In other words, nothing negative

Pros

I love what service it provides, i've used multiple times in different parts of the world and it's really helped me run my business effectively still.

Cons

Sometimes I would get emails about a cancelled number when I was already still with them actively. Not too much of a big issue.

Would recommend and plan to continue using long-term; we are using it already for many years.

Pros

The call quality is crystal clear with no noticeable delays or dropped connections, which is crucial for professional use.

Cons

Once a brief hiccup early on when local (national) regulation changes were communicated on short notice and we had to quickly switch to a new number, that's all behind us now and the service has has run smoothly since then.

Outstanding - as I said, I wish all my IT Service providers were this good

Pros

The service does exactly what it says it does; it is easy to use, and feature rich. Beyond simple routing, I have been really impressed with: - IVR - Time of day routing - Voicemail to email - Voicemail transcription But most importantly the Support is outstanding. \[sensitive content hidden\] has guided me through numerous facets of the service and setup with very comprehensive knowledge, and great patience. If only other IT Service Providers were this good!

Pros

Easy to use and economical for our needs. I had researched quite a few other companies offering a similar service but they failed short on exactly what we needed for our international callers travelling in Japan. Great quick customer service replies when needed.

Cons

One of the only affordable options I could find for our very specific needs. Any time we had a question or needed assistance their team was quick to respond and assist.

I signed up to test SMS messages for a UK client from the US. Sadly the SMS marketing service provider would not send SMS to a virtual number so I had to cancel the service in the end, but my experience with this company (even cancellations!) was great: easy, convenient. I definitely appreciated the free trial as it would have been unfortunate to have to spend funds just to learn that it didn't work for me from the end (though NO fault of Global Call Forwarding). If I ever need an overseas number for another project, I would not hesitate to return to Global Call Forwarding.

Pros

Fast and helpful support, ease of signup and use.

Cons

n/a, I really had no problems with them at all!

We required forwarding from local numbers, which we acquired from Global Call Forwarding, to US-based numbers, and for the users to make calls as if locally.

Pros

Good support, comms and help setting it up.

Not that user friendly, but average. The settings are not that instinctive.

I like how easy it is to use, I also like the huge amount of countries I can select from to buy a line

Cons

The dashboard sucks!. It constantly fails giving json errors which is both frustrating and annoying.
