"Good tool for organization"

**Overall:** It is a good systems with lots to learn. Need more time to go through everything to capitalize its use. However support is superb, hope that never is compromised.

**Pros:** mass communication capacity through text/memo

**Cons:** With "free" version, we were not aware of time limit and/or character limit. Because we had already used it as a communication means, we did not want to make another sudden change and rip the carpet off from under our parishioner's feet. Then later the character count/message was an issue, but through support were able to resolve that concern.

**Reasons for Choosing Gloo Messaging:** Price and accessibility. Other products charge per text or recipient.

"Loving Gloo"

**Overall:** Great. Love the features of texting, and look forward to learning more about the engagement tools and training offered through Gloo.

**Pros:** The two way texting and the ability for multiple staff members to see the text messages.

**Cons:** The steps involved with syncing new lists to Planning Center is not intuitive. Each time I need to add a new list sync, I fumble around with the steps to connect it.
