Best system ever for saving time, communicating and reaching hurting people in our community. We are In year 3 and it just keeps getting better.

Pros

I love having text message systems that Info without a person sending it directly from their phone and everyone’s phone blowing up dozens of times when it only needed to be one way once. We also love the multiple tools available so at times we don’t have hunt them down , but look to Gloo first and they usually got the tool we need for the task at hand.

Cons

No quick access to talk to someone about a question. But they are there just not as available as the AI responders that sometimes don’t always cut it in time .

Once I understood the language used for areas of the platform, like Broadcasts instead of texts, the platform is fairly easy to use. It also helps me be efficient with the work I have to do. And, finally, the customer service representatives are always courteous and helpful.

Pros

I like that Gloo integrates with several databases that allows you to send emails with ease.

Cons

I have had technical difficulties with names being in some groups that I didn't add nor want in those groups.

Excellent messaging platform that is free. Integration with Planning Center. Discounts on really helpful related software.

Cons

The contact groups and integrations can sometimes get messy.

Overall, Gloo can't be beat for the price point. It is so much more bang for the buck compared to other texting providers, and on top of that it offers a bunch of other features that others don't.

Pros

Automation options, scheduled messages, segmentation, the Planning Center integration, and the ability to receive replies

Cons

With Gloo messaging, I wish it were easier to also use it as a personal texting number to engage with people one-on-one.

Pros

Ease of pictures and emoji's with the texts. GREAT customer service! Great Templates!

Emails, we do send emails to our older attendees and I'd like it to be more user friendly and customizable.

The status settings are vague and sorting is a bit challenging. Conversations over time can become lengthy and tracking information can be labor intensive.

Very good. Learning curve to get operational was not too difficult.

Pros

So many great features, and how efficiently it operates. I like the 2 step login for security. Also the ability to send messages at a specific time.

Cons

I do not like the auto-response that my prayer people get when they respond to a prayer request when they answer back that they are praying. It is still confusing to people to get an auto-response that asks what do they want a prayer for, when they have just responded to a prayer request from me. Would be nice to make that selective.

9/10 easily, with a few more adjustments this product will be so close to perfect!

The simplicity of messaging, the interface of what all is available, and the fact that its so perfect for church communication!

Cons

That I dont get notifications/red numbers on my Gloo app, it makes it easy to forget that there are messages I need to respond to. Also that messaging from the phone compared to the computer has FAR less options and ways to save/edit info.

We are able to get the news to the church members fast and with flyers. Our seniors love the pictures!!

I don’t have any at the time. I believe we are having an amazing experience and we are going to continue to enjoy.

Automation tools are top notch! Marketing via the commercials are amazing and so good, the leads are plenty.

Cons

Some explorers were confused when I contacted them. I am not sure how to fix that. Would like to get more people who are ready to join a church.

Paying for extra groups. It was free right before we signed up. Guess we waited just a tad too long. :) Still once you do all the math, it's still the least expensive for what we do

The two way texting and the ability for multiple staff members to see the text messages.

The steps involved with syncing new lists to Planning Center is not intuitive. Each time I need to add a new list sync, I fumble around with the steps to connect it.

Its been good. Ive even shared gloo with a couple other churches so they could sign up.

Pros

I like the ease of use. And the fact that I can send to eveyone at once or pick just a few on teams to send to.

Cons

Having to review then re-submit before messages send. Its probably good in tbe long run but I have forgot to hit submit the second time before.
