Als Anwender kann ich mit sehr wenig Initialaufwand die Software nutzen. Gute Unterstützung durch Wowflow

Pros

Die Software ist Intuitiv bedienbar, nicht überladen und sehr praxisorientiert. Pragmatisch gut und man kommt schnell zurecht.

Cons

Es wäre praktisch wenn das Handling von Bildern und Text noch besser zusammen funktionieren würde (ähnlich Whatsapp Chat)

We were looking for a simple building maintenance tool with a good mobile app, email integration, and support for working with service providers. We’re really glad we found Wowflow.

Pros

The tool is super intuitive – our team picked it up right away without much explanation. The email integration makes it easy to coordinate with service companies, which saves us a lot of time and hassle.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have much to complain about. On the rare occasion I had an issue, I was able to reach their support team directly and get it resolved quickly.

Handling maintenance in our stores has become much simpler and more efficient, making our daily operations run far more smoothly.

Pros

Wowflow takes a lot of the workload off our shoulders when it comes to facility management. Coordinating maintenance tasks across different locations is now much more straightforward. Our store managers no longer have to deal with every small repair themselves and can focus more on their core responsibilities.

Cons

Our experience has been great overall, with no major issues. Everything works smoothly, a few small details might be polished further in the future.

Einige unserer Mitarbeiter hatten wegen Sprachbarrieren Schwierigkeiten. Wir mussten Aufgaben immer über Google Translate übersetzen. Mit Wowflow läuft das jetzt endlich alles an einem Ort.

Pros

Die App ist in der Muttersprache der Mitarbeiter nutzbar, und die automatische Übersetzung macht vieles einfacher. Zwei Leute sind geblieben, weil die Kommunikation endlich funktioniert.

Cons

Schade, dass Kommentare in den Tickets noch nicht automatisch übersetzt werden. Aber das Wowflow-Team war offen für Feedback und arbeitet schon an einer Lösung.

Bevor wir Wowflow genutzt haben, lief bei uns alles über Excel-Listen und E-Mails. Mit 15 bis 20 Mitarbeitern und rund 200 Objekten war das aber irgendwann kaum noch zu überblicken. Aufgaben wurden vergessen oder doppelt erledigt – das war echt nervig. Wir haben lange nach einer Software gesucht, die wirklich für Hausbetreuung und Facility Management gemacht ist. Wowflow war tatsächlich die erste Lösung, die uns da überzeugt hat.

Pros

Für uns ist die PDF-Berichtsfunktion echt ein Gamechanger. Immer mehr Hausverwaltungen verlangen heute eine saubere und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation. Mit Wowflow erstellen wir komplette Berichte für ganze Liegenschaften mit nur einem Klick – inklusive Bilder und Auftragsstatus. Das spart enorm viel Zeit und Aufwand bei der Nachweisdokumentation und macht unsere Leistungen für die Kunden deutlich transparenter.

Cons

Anfangs war unser Team etwas skeptisch, ob die Einführung eines neuen Tools wirklich nötig ist und ob alles reibungslos läuft. Auch ich selbst war unsicher. Besonders einige langjährige Kolleginnen im Büro hatten Vorbehalte gegenüber der Umstellung. Zum Glück hat sich das schnell gelegt, als wir gemerkt haben, wie einfach die Bedienung ist und wie sehr sich die Fehlerquote reduziert hat.

Wir haben früher alles über ein Ticketing-Tool und den Outlook-Kalender organisiert. Das war auf Dauer viel zu zeitaufwendig. Mit Wowflow läuft jetzt alles in einem Tool.

Pros

Viele manuelle Schritte entfallen. Wartungsaufgaben aktualisieren sich automatisch, E-Mails müssen wir nicht mehr extra ins System kopieren und wir bekommen rechtzeitig Erinnerungen.

Cons

Zum Start haben wir Wowflow eine Woche parallel zum alten Ticketsystem genutzt. Das war kurz mehr Aufwand, aber dann lief alles so gut, dass wir das alte System schnell abschalten konnten.

Well working tool

Pros

It's great that every employee can use Wowflow without training, as it is always a challenge to train employees. All inspections and issues are now stored in one place, which is very useful for insurance claims and fleet management.

Cons

One function is currently missing: asset tracking. The software works fine, but I hope the asset feature will be introduced soon.

Reasons for choosing Wowflow

We implemented Wowflow in another business unit and found that it works for fleet maintenance as well.

Es ist für uns wichtig sicherzustellen, dass der Einkaufsbereich bestmöglich gewartet und alle Probleme bzw. Schäden so schnell wie möglich behoben werden. Wowflow hat uns geholfen, die Reaktionszeit erheblich zu verkürzen und die Anlage in einem besseren Zustand zu halten.

Gute & solide Software mit Funktionen, die unser Team tatsächlich verwenden kann.

Pros

Ein sehr einfaches Tool mit Funktionen, die wir wirklich brauchen. Anfangs waren wir ziemlich skeptisch, da Software-Implementierungen immer eine Herausforderung darstellen, aber nach der ersten Woche war unser Team eingeschult und hörte fast auf E-Mails oder WhatsApp zu verwenden.

Cons

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Software kostenlos zu testen bevor man sie kauft.

Andere Tools waren entweder zu komplex oder sie hatten zu viele Funktionen, die wir zwar bezahlt, aber nicht benutzt haben.

App, die den Alltag unserer Hausverwaltung erleichtert.

Pros

Als Hausverwaltung haben wir nach einem Programm gesucht, dass die Kommunikation mit den Servicedienstleistern in den Immobilien erleichtert. Da hilft uns Wowflow zu 100%. Wir Sachbearbeiter wissen jetzt, wann welche Aufträge erledigt sind, ob die Glühbirne schon gewechselt wurde, ob das zerbrochene Fenster repariert wurde etc.

Cons

Es gibt keine Kundenberater, die direkt in Vorarlberg sind. Wir kommunizieren immer per Telefon und Video-Call.
