I would advise anybody considering it, to stay away. It is just a matter of time before there will be a lawsuit against them. Something is just not right over there. Pros They lured me in with a lifetime membership and a lot of promises, about 2 years ago. I was hoping to see some improvements... Cons The platform is buggy and all the issues that I brought up to the dev team went unnoticed. After using their service for over a year now, there are still no fixes, and the customer service is really slow. The worst ever experience I've had of an online platform or service. No integrity, false promises, no consideration. I tried to learn it and give it as much of a chance as possible, but I wasted my business resources & opportunities faffing around with a bit of tech that doesn't work together. My reputation having suggested other sign up is now in jeopardy. It has only cost me, & earn me nothing in the vulnerable start up phase of my online business. I'm upset, cross & feel let down if not completely ripped off. I've reported them to the authorities as fraudsters. Pros It's attractive, if it wasn't glitchy the page builder would be quite sophisticated. It potentially would allow me to do many things, but it doesn't work & the customer service & communication went completely AWOL. Although they still kept trying to sell me their affiliate services. Cons I had an absolutely horrendous experience, wasted about 80hours, they deleted my website with no explanation, didn't provide all the feature I had paid for in a life time offer. Nothing works, everything is a work around. They do not honour affiliate payments, they do not response to customer support request. I've written it off as a sunk cost & warn others to avoid it. They spam you with affiliate marketing & fake webinars which are simply sales. There's no comprehensive training or guidance as to what actually is working & what will let you down & stuff your customers around. It's really grand & flash in it's marketing & network of affiliates but it's all hot air. People are training users on YouTube to try to earn commissions. It's a pyramid scheme with a faulty product. Switched from [Simplero](https://www.capterra.com/p/181776/Simplero/) A lifetime price (although it was fake). Simplero had changed their pricing structure & priced me out of their customer base. I now pay 1/8 of the cost with Systeme. Simplero were very good until that point. They are selling something they haven't yet successfully created. I guess they fooled me with good marketing & endorsements from industry elite. They promised live webinars and haven't delivered. Some people seem to like GrooveFunnels, though. Cons We bought the lifetime plan in 2020 for the sole purpose of using the "live webinars" function. GrooveFunnels promised this feature would be available by the end of 2020. After waiting three years (it's now July 2023), I asked for a refund because they STILL don't have the live webinar feature. I have never used the software at all, because it doesn't have the feature I bought it for, and I'm not interested in the other features. They said no to the refund, because I didn't ask within 30 days of buying. So I (in my mind, graciously) gave them more time because I thought they would end up delivering if I gave them time, but their response was, "We understand your desire for access to the Live webinars. However, as mentioned in the first development updates video with Mike Filsaime and David Lemon, the development of other apps is set to begin next year. They promised the release of Live Webinars by Dec 2020, and I said that in my first email to them. So a video from 2 years later is not a valid answer whatsoever. I responded that they had promised 2020 (including a screenshot of their promise), but this video was 2022. I never heard from them again. I can't respect a company that doesn't honour their promises, and then acts as if they never made such a promise. I have the paid plan now to create as many websites, and funnels as I wish. I have a video platform, payment gateway, emails, e-commerce options, and many more that were not touched upon here to help me grow my online ventures. Pros What I like most about Groove Funnels is the many varieties of apps available, with loads of support videos and tutorials, to help get you started as well as the ease of use. It's the first platform that I've used and been able to get a fully functional website up myself with email automation and pop-ups included and felt really proud of it. Cons I would like to see more use of their API integrations with other saas products. Support can be around 48hrs or more to get back to you, I would love this to improve to let's say 24hrs at least. Groove mail setup is terrible and integration does not work easily. My website keeps getting different graphic issues that aren't being caused by me. There is a bug in the system. Everyday I would run into an obstacle of finding out one more thing I would need to be registered with, or buy a subscription for, or even learn a new technical skill inorder to even begin the smallest, most easiest task. So it was such a relief once I realized this was THE app, made for people that were on the same journey as I was. It is too good to be true, is what I keep telling myself. Pros Every page, function, option, suggestion that you find in this application has been meticulously compiled by a user that understood what was necessary and what was not needed with regards to the level of relevancy towards the attainment of one goal, which was to have control of all the attributes required to run a successful affiliate marketing operation. Cons If I had to find one aspect of this software to fulfill this question, my least would be the pricing. Compared to others that perform the same work, Groove's prices are by far, almost unbeatable - offering FREE Packages (with Limited options) which is still a deal, but the concern remains - Once the addiction and attachment begins, and you rely solely on this app because it has replaced every other ones - would it still be affordable? I found out about Groovefunnels and it was so much easier than I thought! It's very easy to use and I was able to create my site in less than an hour. I was able to create landing pages, sales pages, opt-in pages, and even webinar landing pages. I recommend Groovefunnels to anyone who wants to create a website without having to learn a new program. I really enjoyed it and may be purchasing a lifetime membership soon! Pros I really loved it! It’s no wonder they are in the forefront of the competition when it comes to building and scaling businesses. It’s so much more than just a stupid funnel builder. They are a dime a dozen these days. There are so many apps they have in their suite that all work together to give you the total showcase you need. There is GrooveMail, Groove Pages, Groove Sell and Groove Affiliate where you can create your own affiliate program! I won’t go and depth here, but you’re missing out if you don’t check this out! Cons It can be on the expensive side but that’s only relative if you are looking for a short term thing that probably doesn’t have the value you need anyway. Really look into the lifetime membership and then go to town on your business.
