The perceived overhead from ITProTV’s original format was what made it so appealing. Having lost that, ACI Leaning is no longer enjoyable. It’s painful to watch. Pros Cost is quite reasonable. Content is plentiful. Hopefully, they will bring back what they lost quickly. Cons The loss of ITProTV’s relaxed style and presentation is a very sad. This gave me the feel of what I'd actually use regularly. Cons I only disliked the lag in the virtual systems, but that's nothing abnormal. The hands on labs are really helpful to put the information learned in the videos into practice. Cons There are some features that were in the ITProTV platform that are missing from MyACI like the ability to create your own courses by mixing content from the pre-built courses. I also wish the labs were more seamlessly integrated into the video courses, like tells you when to do what labs. I was able to get my first role into IT support because of the trainings and resources I got from there. Pros ACI learning is designed for everyone irrespective of your current level in IT. I found it useful because it helped me transition smoothly into IT. Prior before then, I had no previous knowledge of IT. The best for me is their videos and associated lab sessions. These were thoroughly made to make the whole learning experience interesting and smooth. Cons The subscription model used. One has to pay for access to all courses at a time. It will be easier if students pay for courses as they require. This will obviously reduce the yearly subscription. I will be returning once I resume my cybersecurity endeavors. Pros The video lectures are in easy to digest, bite sized format making it really easy to set time aside for learning sessions. Cons Some of the more advanced certifications only had videos and no labs to go along with. Cons I would say maybe my schedule haha, I would definitely pick an earlier class. Instead of 6-10 pm I would pick a morning schedule.
