Auch schon bei wenigen Dienstreisen (Verpflegungsmehraufwandspauschale) hat sich Spesenfuchs bereits gelohnt. Und bequemer als es in einer Excel-Liste per Hand zu machen ist es auf jeden Fall! Pros Ich habe mir zu Beginn meiner Selbstständigkeit verschiedene Anbieter für Reisekostenabrechnungen angeschaut (da mein Buchhaltungsprogramm Lexoffice diese Funktion leider nicht bietet). Spesenfuchs war von allen Vergleichsangeboten das günstigste und am besten nutzbare.Upload der Belege, die automatische Berechnung der Erstattung und die Erstellung der Reisekostenabrechnung ist sehr übersichtlich und einfach gehalten.Der Support antwortet schnell und war auch hilfreich.Es ist sehr gut, dass es verschiedene Einstellungen für Kontenrahmen und Betriebsart (Solo-Selbstständiger) gibt.Ich kann problemlos noch im Bus über mein Smartphone (mobile Webseite) die Reisekostenabrechnung fertigstellen und brauche dazu nur wenige Minuten. Cons Leider werden die einzelnen Buchungspositionen (Fahrtkosten, Übernachtungskosten, ...) in der Abrechnung als "Sammelposten" geschrieben. Das scheint aber (laut Aussage des Supports) vollkommen in Ordnung zu sein, da ja alles in der Reisekostenabrechnung aufgelistet steht.Die Übersicht über die Rückerstattung passt bei mir (als Solo-Selbstständigen) nicht, wenn ich einen Teil der Belege privat und den anderen über meine Firmenkreditkarte bezahlt habe. Wahrscheinlich ist es für Arbeitgeber/Arbeitnehmer optimiert. Ich ignoriere sie einfach. Leider gibt es keine App (ist aber auch nicht unbedingt nötig, die Webseite reicht aus) Reasons for choosing Spesenfuchs Onexma war deutlich teurer, einfach-reisekosten war mir bei der Reisekostenabrechnung nicht übersichtlich, flexibel und übersichtlich genug.
