Great plugin for WordPress as it helps businesses to improve their customer services because the customers can now take bookings 24/7 and can also track the availability in real time.
Overall it's fantastic to use and manage and it has been tremendously helpful for my needs.

From what I've seen so far is, there seems to be some features and functions are missing such as event, hotel etc.
Disappointed SaaS buyer with years of disappointment and frustration.
They just throw all your feedback and complaints under the carpet.
Full screen option missing for ui. Leaves empty spaces on the sides.

Overall: My overall experience has been good.
Pros: what i like most is I can see the available appointment slots in real-time, making it easier for me to choose a time that works best with the business's schedule.
Cons: what i like most is in some versions of booknetic, businesses may have limited choices to export and back up their data.

Pros: Actually, we were suffering to find appointment service tool for our service team long time. We were using internal software the name called Dealer Center. Managing all schedules in some non-suitable platform was too complicated for our mechanics. As a Marketing Manager, I researched to find this to make it easier for my team. So, I found Booknetic. After using it for a while I became obsessed with that product in a good way. As a first impression, Booknetic made me feel truly was a great tool.
Cons: Maybe they can minimize all features somehow. Sometimes it takes to much time to read all infos and try to understand whats that for.
"I do not recommend"
Overall: I do not recommend this app only because it doesn't work as expected and the customer service won't be there to help you.
Pros: Easy to use and setup. The application is good looking.
Cons: The customer service is not aimed at helping people. My outlook plugin and the language don't work as expected (ex.: appointment in outlook at 10a.m. appears at 2p.m. in Booknetic, which renders the plugin useless and my client are French, my Wordpress is French, but Booknetic is English) and the technical support don't help me. They say they will help me but they don't.
"The best way to manage a marketing agency"
Overall: We discovered Booknetic a few months ago when our agency was starting to get attention and rise within the business sphere. It was getting quite tedious to talk through email and spend hours just to see which time suits both the customer and ourselves. It was at this time I started looking for a better solution. Our developer which built our website recommended Booknetic. With a little help from the developer (I may have asked him more than a few questions which he answered with a link to the documentation) we set it up in matter of minutes. After using it for a while, I saw how powerful it truly became.I asked several questions about the prospect before they even contacted us, so we had time to gather information about their business and this little nuance boosted our sales by 1.7xWe also set up calendar sync, so we didn't even need to contact within our team. Everything is perfectly optimized, thanks to Booknetic.
Pros: Booknetic has a very intuitive interface with beautiful visuals. It worked flawlessly for the last 4 months and it has been really easy for the onboarding process for the new employees. We only needed to contact our developer on 2 separate occasions and all of them were solved within minutes.Additionally, the calendar sync feature is ABSOLUTELY priceless. I don't even check the plugin, I just look at my schedule once in the morning and I am set to go. Even if I get any meetings mid day, a friendly Email and WhatsApp message appears in my phone.
Cons: I would love to have a mobile app, it feels like a bit lacking to navigate a WordPress website with my phone.

Overall: Booknetic has been our main tool for our Medical appointments process, we are so content with it that we plan to apply it in other business that we are diversifying to that also need bookings.
Pros: Booknetic has so many post, front end sthetics, backend ease of use and high control of features and process are among a few .
Cons: Suggestions for changes take a little more than desired, but so far all have been addressed
