Great experience but seldomly it has problems with transactions. They can just stop and the client won't know the issue... and neither you will do.

Pros

It is not a subscription based software, which means you just pay once. Also can be personalized with your brand

To have a fully functional booking system, you will need a LOT of add-ons.

We used Booknetic on a live production website with real customers, real WooCommerce payments and multiple bookable resources/rooms. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. The main issue was that Booknetic accepted overlapping paid appointments for the same staff/resource multiple times. This is a serious problem for any business where double bookings create real customer conflicts and operational damage. In our case, the same private spa room was booked by two customers for overlapping time periods. We opened an urgent support ticket 19 days ago and repeatedly explained that this was a live production issue involving real customers and paid appointments. We provided detailed explanations, appointment IDs, WooCommerce order IDs, screenshots, calendar screenshots, Google Drive documentation and WordPress admin access. Instead of receiving a timely technical investigation, we mostly received generic configuration checklists at first. Later, we were asked for information that was either already provided or no longer fully available because the client had to move/cancel appointments in the live calendar while waiting for support. The ticket also remained unread for several days at times, even though the case was marked as urgent. For simple appointment setups, Booknetic may be sufficient. But based on our experience, I would not recommend it for business-critical WooCommerce booking systems where overlapping appointments can cause real customer conflicts or financial damage. The feature set may look good, but reliability and support were not acceptable for our use case.

Pros

The plugin has a lot of features on paper and the initial setup for basic appointment booking looks quite flexible. The interface is fairly easy to understand for simple booking flows, and the WooCommerce integration was one of the reasons we originally chose it.

Cons

In our experience, Booknetic was not reliable enough for a business-critical WooCommerce booking system. The plugin accepted overlapping paid appointments for the same staff/resource multiple times on a live production website. This created serious operational problems for our client, because the same private spa room was booked by two customers at overlapping times. The support experience was also very poor. We opened an urgent ticket and provided appointment IDs, WooCommerce order IDs, screenshots, calendar screenshots, Google Drive documentation and even WordPress admin access. Despite this, the replies were slow, often generic, and the ticket remained unread for several days at times. We were also asked for information that had already been provided or was no longer fully available because the client had to operationally move/cancel bookings in the live business due to the delayed support response.

We discovered Booknetic a few months ago when our agency was starting to get attention and rise within the business sphere. It was getting quite tedious to talk through email and spend hours just to see which time suits both the customer and ourselves. It was at this time I started looking for a better solution. Our developer which built our website recommended Booknetic. With a little help from the developer (I may have asked him more than a few questions which he answered with a link to the documentation) we set it up in matter of minutes. After using it for a while, I saw how powerful it truly became.I asked several questions about the prospect before they even contacted us, so we had time to gather information about their business and this little nuance boosted our sales by 1.7xWe also set up calendar sync, so we didn't even need to contact within our team. Everything is perfectly optimized, thanks to Booknetic.

Pros

Booknetic has a very intuitive interface with beautiful visuals. It worked flawlessly for the last 4 months and it has been really easy for the onboarding process for the new employees. We only needed to contact our developer on 2 separate occasions and all of them were solved within minutes.Additionally, the calendar sync feature is ABSOLUTELY priceless. I don't even check the plugin, I just look at my schedule once in the morning and I am set to go. Even if I get any meetings mid day, a friendly Email and WhatsApp message appears in my phone.

Cons

I would love to have a mobile app, it feels like a bit lacking to navigate a WordPress website with my phone.

I bought the Booknetic SaaS two weeks ago and I am so frustrated and feel robbed by these guys: Fs Code. The Plugin cost a fortune over USD 520 and does not worth it. First of all: the booking system does not work Front end, it works using the WP panel, which is not good in terms of security and look and feel for vendors. Second the payment integrations to get the money from the plans, none of them work. Third: none of the vendor payment gateway work to be set for vendors, unless you purchase separate addons, so you end up paying 600 USD for one time use plugin. 4. Calendar to be shared in other's websites is not responsive, 5. Each service should have a staff assigned, which is nonsense, system does not allow to sell a service without somone 6. Same for location 7. It does not have social media authentication for login/ sign in 8. The 'change theme' is just a change in the color, but nothing to customize front end templates. 9. calendar to share not responsive 10 extra services - even when it is off- appears. And list continues, the most frustrating part is that any issue you have, after paying so much, you need to open a 'ticket' that is answered by next day. So you waste a lot of time to progress fixing issues and the plugin should come without any issues. There is no clear explanation on how to implement the plugin, just one page which is superficial and does not show the minimum information need it. There are so many other plugins available for just 50 USD !!!! so no point to spend 600 on this, and so disrespectful that they don't give you a refund !!! Get away from these people

Booknetic has a nice website and I thought the plugin will be professional as it was that website, but no, it wasn't

Horrible IT support, 'tickets',waiting reply of 1 day. They don't issue refunds, even when the Booknetic SaaS does not work as described at their website. There is nobody to call or complain. They don't answer emails: info@fs-code.com/ I never received any reply. The plugin does not have clear instructions on how to integrate you have to figure out all yourself.

Pros

Actually, we were suffering to find appointment service tool for our service team long time. We were using internal software the name called Dealer Center. Managing all schedules in some non-suitable platform was too complicated for our mechanics. As a Marketing Manager, I researched to find this to make it easier for my team. So, I found Booknetic. After using it for a while I became obsessed with that product in a good way. As a first impression, Booknetic made me feel truly was a great tool.

Cons

Maybe they can minimize all features somehow. Sometimes it takes to much time to read all infos and try to understand whats that for.

Emails go to the spam folder. And I have a big problem with time zones. When someone book I see the time in their time zone, I can't fix this so I am switching to another plugin

I've been using online scheduling through other providers for almost 20 years and have tried out and helped develop a number of things. When I decided on this plugin, I did it because of the great description, the images, and the reviews. I wouldn't spend the money on it again.

Pros

Support is only available with a paid support ticket. It promises a lot and demonstrates this with a nice online guide.

1\. Support is only available with a paid support ticket. 2. I've been using the plugin for a year and have been experiencing constant bugs. Although I reported them to support, a cursory review revealed no bugs, and therefore I received no help. 3. Some customers were able to log into their accounts, while others weren't. 4. After a year, some of the staff were suddenly deactivated, and since I didn't know what the problem was, I contacted support, who only offered paid support instead of explaining the cause of the well-described problem. 5. The UX design is clearly not customer-centric. I assume the developer assumes that the buyer will make some changes to the plugin to ensure it functions smoothly and is suitable for everyday use.

Feeling robbed, support is just down the toilet, and all they want is renewing support again so they can keep dragging on the issues without any resolution dates. Paid a lot of money for a system that never really worked as promised. Better go to Shedul / Fresha which is a much more feature rich, with owners and customers in mind to make it work like how it should be.

Pros

False promises that the sales guys are giving

They just throw all your feedback and complaints under the carpet. And if you are still within the support period they have a portal that they just drag the issues until your support expires and then you won't get the support anymore. The issues you raised are hardly rectified.As a SaaS customers and a promised of white labelling, Booknetic always likes to add their name into the flow or in the source and use this method to steal your SaaS potential tenants. It is not just unethical but you will not get any ROI back as they don't want you to succeed.

I had to get used tot BN but all is well.

It has a nice clean uncomplicated interface.

Cons

Although the interface is nice and clean you have to find your way as items are in different locations within the plugin.Booknetic has a lot of useful add-ons which can make it somewhat costly at the end. And it is not very clear what every add-on does exactly. But support is there and is fast.

Overall, I'm very happy with Booknetic. It's a versatile and easy-to-use appointment scheduling plugin that offers a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

Pros

Booknetic is very affordable. I was able to get the plugin for a fraction of the cost of other appointment scheduling software.

Cons

The only downside to Booknetic is that it doesn't offer as many integrations as some of its competitors. However, I'm still able to connect it to my email and calendar, so it's not a major issue for me.

I was looking for at new booking system. I checked other systems, but I think Booknetic is a very clean and easy-to-use system. And I needed to translate the language and this is made very easy in the Admin at Booknetic.I have used the support a few time and I got at very nice support and answer to my questions. Thanks a lot to the support.

Cons

I do not have a lot to say, but I have problems by sending SMS without the "US phoneno." to my customer in Europe and instead using a 9 digits brand name. My friend are able to program this feature and he had had contact to Booknetic and they said this feature will be implemented in the near future. Thank you.
