As we have previously stated, we understand that it's upsetting to have forgotten to cancel your subscription. We send 15 day reminders and offered you the opportunity of calling back after you had the chance to calm down and speak to us in a more considered fashion. We are the Industry standard tool for a reason and our service is World class. It's disappointing to see you behave this way after years of using us Adam especially after we have given you lots of support over the years and we gave you the opportunity to call when you felt calmer.
