Pros

It’s user friendly. I was so amazed by the software. It is so good, quite accurate and helped me follow up all the mails that were not replied.

We save our time, energy and money with the Mini CRM.

Pros

We are a small recruitment agency, and LongList so far has been fulfillinging all our needs. It saves our time, energy, and budget. We do not need to buy a complex CRM system. The Mini CRM is very useful. It has great contacts data that we need, plus it enables us to track candidates, jobs and email campaigns. The dashboard is also very intuitive. If you are a young company and try to fit all it all while being productive and efficient, LongList is the answer!

Cons

We do not found anything so far. LongList is a recruitment-startup-saver, especially in this pandemic era.

Easier to use, interface is vey simple.

Pros

Longlist helped me find candidate emails and phone details. It links with my inbox and enables me to customize my own email templates, making it easier for me to automate my client reachouts.

Cons

Nothing significant so far. Have been the early user, waiting for next upgrades.

It’s a hassle-free recruitment experience! I can see detailed reports of my candidate reachouts. My data is more organized as I can track everything with the reports it provides and add candidates to my pipeline. Hitting weekly targets!

Think of Longlist as a more efficient and elaborate version of Lusha. Competitive pricing, more features, more credits and a complete recruitment workflow. It's definitely a recruiter’s delight.

I have been using Longlist.io since a couple of months and it is a big help when it comes to reaching out to candidates. I save time on typing individual Emails and it syncs with the CRM so no issues with data. And above all the credit system is more efficient than other competitive products in the market.

Pros

\- AI capability in recommending the relevant candidates - Auto reach outs to the candidates - Easy access to the candidates from Linkedin to the product

Cons

Just from the convenience point of view, if different tabs could be opened within the product instead of opening in another window tab.
