Pros We are a small recruitment agency, and LongList so far has been fulfillinging all our needs. It saves our time, energy, and budget. We do not need to buy a complex CRM system. The Mini CRM is very useful. It has great contacts data that we need, plus it enables us to track candidates, jobs and email campaigns. The dashboard is also very intuitive. If you are a young company and try to fit all it all while being productive and efficient, LongList is the answer! Cons We do not found anything so far. LongList is a recruitment-startup-saver, especially in this pandemic era. I save time on typing individual Emails and it syncs with the CRM so no issues with data. And above all the credit system is more efficient than other competitive products in the market. Pros \- AI capability in recommending the relevant candidates - Auto reach outs to the candidates - Easy access to the candidates from Linkedin to the product Cons Just from the convenience point of view, if different tabs could be opened within the product instead of opening in another window tab.
