March 1, 2022 5.0 In all the computers that I have had I have used the antivirus eset most of the time, I can say that I never had a security problem with this antivirus, and my machines were never affected by viruses. It is a reliable antivirus that does its job well. Pros Eset is an antivirus with a lot of experience, it has very good security options, for example, it protects the user while browsing online or when downloading something, quickly detects threats and blocks dangerous pages. His other options such as the review of the machine and the quarantine are also very reliable and effective. Cons The only disadvantage that I see to eset is its price, I think it can be a bit high, not too much but it is for some users, but the high price is perfectly justified by everything it can offer. Pros I reviewed a lot of products before selecting ESET as my primary AV/Security software. What drew me was the cost and product reviews / testing. They tested among the top products with a complete package at a price that was unbeatable by the next top vendor. All together it was an offer I found difficult to review. Cons I've only found minor issues with the products automatic groupings in the cloud platform but the support staff have been very responsive and we are working through the issues. We found we got the same product offerings for a much lower cost. Switched from [Xcitium Endpoint Detection & Resonse](https://www.capterra.com/p/154967/Comodo-Endpoint-Security-Manager/) Product testing for Comodo is virtually unheard of and it doesn't offer product integration with Outlook Add-ins which we were looking for. Owner Accounting Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Seems robust for protection but setup & maintenance is not intuitive" June 23, 2021 4.0 It was difficult to get a support appointment, I had to demand/insist after paying for the Complete product, citing that I was promised setup support by the salesperson. Support was fantastic after finally getting an appointment but it's just so convoluted I now can't reproduce what support did 4 months ago. Overall I think the protection is more robust than other providers, but at this point I can't operate the software myself. Pros The level of protection claimed by the vendor Cons Deployment was so, so difficult and even after receiving training I can't figure out how to add more devices. There are so many different logins (Business account, Cloud Protect account, etc) it's unclear what all these things do. Reason for choosing ESET Cloud Office Security I believe the protection is more robust than the competitors in the retail/home protection space. Review Source TC Taska C. After a few weeks of using it, we are very happy! No complaints...easy to customize and maintain. Happy we now have a secure workplace and feel we made the right choice! Cons No complaints! We like everything about the software so far! I don't even know it's there and that's the absolute best you can ask for security software. Pros ESET is the best at what they do and it runs invisibly in the background 100% of the time protecting you and your systems completely and without fail. Cons The pricing is tough but it is competitive with everyone else and the thing to think about is, when you want the best, you sometimes pay a little more. Reason for choosing ESET Cloud Office Security I already use ESET on personal machines and that was after changing from Trend Micro and Norton Security Suite. ESET was recommended by Microcenter who said they would clean anything missed by ESET for free and they had never had a claim in the 8+ years the company offered the guarantee. It seems seamless and does a great job. Pros The product was easy to set up; it worked flawlessly from the start. It works with our backup security system and stops all kinds of phishing, spam, and junk. We had a problem with emails coming to us, claiming to be internal emails using our domain name. That stopped as soon as we switched to ESET. Cons I have not have a problem with this software.
